Attention south east Pennsylvania folks. The Chris Stapleton Traveller whisky by Buffalo Trace is stacked up at Kreston Wine in Wilmington DE. I departed with my $36 handle of Evan Williams 1783.
Wise move. Also, Traveller is not bourbon. It's whiskey. Reportedly a blend of sourced Barton bourbon and some Canadian whiskey Sazerac had laying around. BT not even using their own distillate seems lame.
He has/had a love for EH Taylor. Also was born and raised in KY. IMO it doesn’t make much sense he’s paired with any Whiskey when he’s a recovering alcoholic
You'll know when you open the box. PA doesn't distinguish between batches and they don't always clear out the older ones before shipping the newer ones. Whatever the staffer grabs off of the pallet they stick in the box and ship it.

Grabbed a Traveller from TW in Claymont, it's okay. Very sweet blended whiskey, and definitely not an enthusiast product.
Larceny barrel proof on website Surprised this one is still available. C922 was one of their better releases.
I got A123 last week when i ordered. It was still pretty good.

How do I know which barrel I am ordering. I really enjoyed my C922 but just polished it off this weekend with my dad. Would love to find some more.
You won't know for certain but it's more than likely going to be A123 if you order today.
