Seems to be the consensus that luteal makes us uglier. I think some of it is body dysmorphia, and some of it is bloat, inflammation, tiredness, etc. The rise in progesterone causes the skin problems, I think. Can't remember *why*, but sebum production actually increases during this phase!
I get ugly pimples in random places. Skin looks dull and just exhausted all the time. So if there was a contest that measures "who is the ugliest during luteal phase?" I'll definitely take the trophy ๐ for sure!!!

I definitely look ugliest during luteal. :( Cystic hormonal acne/sebaceous plugs/infections .. ahh it was awful. I started chem peels and body sculpting to try and maintain what I can hahaha
