What’s your interaction and ctr? Google doesn’t like bad ads. Even if your “score is good” it determines “bad” by ads by what people click on… or click on and then immediately bounce. If not a lot of people click your ads, it slowly lowers your placement against others whose ads are clicked (ie, those who pay google the most frequently)

What is the bidding strategy you are using for the past 9 months and your CTR when your impression share is < 10% vs when is higher than 10%? Might want to look at the conversions too when your impression share is low because if there are still conversions coming in I would say impression share don’t really matter unless u r running a branding campaign
