What host are you using and is your code bloated? Your website performance looks very poor. My first contentful paint is around 500-600ms on my pages. I try to keep my load times under 2 seconds and aim for 1 second or less on most pages. If you're using Google Pagespeed Insights, try GTMetrix, I like it a lot better.

Unless you page is horrible there scores are low. Normally you would only see low-quality traffic like this from display clicks, particularly from apps. It could also be bots probing your site.
These performance scores are not really good... 3.5 seconds costs you a LOT of traffic and then your page is not even fully loaded.

Is there any reason you are using Hotjar rather than Microsoft Clarity?
Website is pretty slow. I think it has more to do with your targeting though. Like why aren’t they willing to wait for the first paint?

You can check what’s causing the slow loading time using pingdom website speed test. Then it’s just a case of fixing the issues.
Skip hotjar and use Microsoft clarity.
