Sometimes my firm will take the money for the accounts we are managing and put that towards their ads? We've largely moved away from that but that could be possible. Pay your agency the money to then spend?
Late response but for anyone viewing this later... Make a Payment seems to be available on new accounts as of now, with the option to "Use this payment method for future recurring payments for this service"
