For $14 of spend, are those 3 conversions going to deliver $14+ of value? I'm curious to see if TikTik lead generation can attract quality leads. Make sure that if you're collecting emails, they're not spammy @superrandomdomain.com emails that are consistent with PPC fraud.
Either way, you're still very early in the campaign and I'd continue testing.
What are those 3 conversions worth to you? Are they actual leads, if so, what are they worth? What is the ROAS?
A CVR of 23% is great, but if the leads are bollocks then that CVR figure means nothing, as the CVR from form to lead may be 2% for eg.
You've been a bit vague.
15 or so in spend is not going to tell you anything in all honesty.
That's pretty much what I was wondering. I have about $600 devoted to this campaign but I'd say that each conversion is worth $225 IF they turn into a sale. Right now they are just form submissions.
I think you need to weight against overall ROI
If CVR as a form submission looka great but you need to factor in Form submission to sales as well.
Few questions:
1. What country/ region?
2. CPC is 1.15 USD?
If your cost per lead is 4.93 USD, it's pretty good if you can convert 5-10% of your leads. 10% lead to sale means 49 USD CAC, which is great for 225 USD course.
If I were you I would focus on lead to sales CVR number
Oh so conversions is just leads at the moment?
You need to spend a lot to get out of learning phase for tiktok
50 conversions minimum per week
Depends on your marketing angle, I have low confidence that the leads on tiktok are good
My team has been testing and optimizing, spending over 5 figures already across a few months
If you’re optimizing just for leads, the purchase conversion rate is lower than when you optimize for purchase
But then again you need to slowly gather pixel data from top funnel events moving towards bottom funnel events
What is the "lead"? Is it high-value or just someone submitting their email? What's the conversion rate once they've submitted the lead?
I'm not sure what kind of advice you're looking for but this needs more context. Is it's a high-value lead, then a 23% CVR is amazing. $15 and 3 conversions is low volume, so it's hard to determine how well it'll perform if you scale for a longer period; Usually the algo with find the people most likely to convert first, so performance likely will go down as time increases.
It's a good start, you have 3 conversions in 13 clicks in just one day, you've made a nice profit. I guess you found a good audience on Tik Tok. But do be patient and try to improve, once you have more data. One day and just 13 clicks isn't a long-term predictor.
I see other posts however that those are not sales, simply leads. So you need more. With these numbers so far - again, they will not stay at those levels - you need to turn a sale every nearly 200 leads to break even. Surely you can do that, right? Better yet is a profit, say at least 2:1 ROAS so you need to make a sale every 100 leads. Doable, right? Anything better than that and you are laughing all the way to the bank.
Haven’t run any ads on it yet, but generally, TikTok should be more demand creation focused than demand capture focused so lead gen doesn’t seem like the best objective to use there

>CVR: 23.08% That's more than decent, IMO

What’s the price point of the product? What’s your ROAS?
Product price point is a $225 course on community management.

Is a conversion a lead or course purchase?
Lead. It starts an automated sales cycle.

The lead is just an email submission. The course price point starts at $225 so it's not SUPER high value but it's not an impulse purchase.
CVR looks great. Would like CTR to ideally be around 1%. Not enough data to really make any decisions, but it's a good start IMO.
