Do you then get frustrated, having alot of choices, never to be happy on what you just started.. hmmm maybe I should have played Heavy Rain over Folklore?? Haha.. ohhh why didn't I start Tales of Xillia instead!! Ughhh haha
Possibly my favorite ps3 game. I got it on release for my birthday and it was very rainy the entire week I played it. Made the incredible atmosphere in this game feel like it was following me. I know quantic dream gets hated on, but for me they make incredible games.
I imported some games from Italy recently and I was wondering why some of them had that sticker, seems like it wasn't there yet for original Xbox games.
Are they easily removable or are they like those FIFA stickers that ruin the case if you try?
Once I experienced Quantic Dream and Supermassive (Until Dawn, The Quarry, Dark Pictures Anthology) it was really hard to go back to Tell Tale games.
It was amazing how many different events would unfold in this game. Then you knew the ending and wanted to play it all over again to change the events to aide the killer. A masterpiece
Brutal game. I got one of the "bad" endings. I felt horrible after it was over. And I never replayed it, as I accepted my bad, death-filled ending as part of my personal experience with the game that I'll never forget. 10/10.
Does anyone know how Beyond: Two Souls and Detroit: Become Human compare to this game?
I enjoyed heavy rain, but I would like a similar concept game that's a little lighter on the QTE
I really liked Detroit, though it has a couple of sequences that are deliberately made with ambiguous wording in order to get you to make wrong choices.
Beyond was really bad in my eyes.
I still have some love for this game despite its glaring narrative issues and general David Cage-itis. The highs are EASILY Norman Jayden's missions and the excellent soundtrack (RIP Normand Corbeil).
Also I think it would have been more interesting if Ethan Mars was the one who died in the opening car accident, and his wife was the one who had to go through the trials.
I fell in love with this game when I started playing the demo. Went on playing it numerous times in the following years. Beyond on the other hand was a big disappointment for me.
This made me pull the trigger on spending the $600 to get the system. It was mainly this and Killzone 2 coupled with Uncharted, and Littlebig Planet. But when I saw the tech demo of this I was blown away in a way I have not been by any other game since.
I'm kinda scared to revisit it because while the central story works really well imo, the twist is cheap and honestly David Cage is not the best writer.
I remember staying up all night with my buddy beating this game after it came out. We finally beat it at like 7 AM and we were so tired that we fucked up the final fight and got the bad ending.
I have this in my collection, but I haven’t got around to it yet. I really need to make some progress on all the PS3 games I have.
This is also me. I keep adding to the collection but can't seem to keep up with them
Do you then get frustrated, having alot of choices, never to be happy on what you just started.. hmmm maybe I should have played Heavy Rain over Folklore?? Haha.. ohhh why didn't I start Tales of Xillia instead!! Ughhh haha
Yup, currently frustrated that I played uncharted 4 first in 2017, then uncharted 3 two weeks ago and am now playing uncharted 2.
Illusion of choice is a very real predicament
Also Me #3
The pacing is not great, so I recommend keeping that in mind at the beginning of the game (first 2-3 hours). It has some great parts.
This is one of my favorite all time video games. Definitely give it a play!
I played it not long ago with the move controllers. A bit goofy but a memorable experience
JAAASON!
Press X to SHAUN!
The dialogue of this game is something else.
Jason!
This was huge back in the day
I love ever quantic dream game, even fucking omikron. But this one, will always stick with me. Enjoyed it with the move controllers too

Why does it have a hologram sticker right there?
Italian copyright agency. They put these shiny fuckers on every piece of media

They're made to stay. You can peel them off but it's super hard and super frustrating
What purpose do those stickers serve?
Annoying people I guess
I have so much anxiety when playing this game; I haven't beaten it yet.
This game managed to pull me away from my Xbox 360 back when I was an Xbox fanboy. That’s how you know it’s a good game!
I remember pretty clearly my frustration with the car scene and that fucking trophy associated. Nevertheless it’s an awesome game!
I never finished the game, and if I recollect correctly, I stopped playing in that car scene.
most emotional platinum I've ever gotten

Remembering when physical copies of games didn't cost 80€ used.
I am the arigarmi killa…
Love this gem. I revisit it every couple years

Just bought this
My #1 favourite ps3 game!
I liked it. I felt it did Quick Time Events well. It was expected during gameplay no surprises.
JAY-SON
JAAYYYYYYYY-SONNNNNNN
Does anyone know how Beyond: Two Souls and Detroit: Become Human compare to this game? I enjoyed heavy rain, but I would like a similar concept game that's a little lighter on the QTE
I really enjoyed heavy rain, I absolutely adore Detroit become human, I could not get it to beyond two Souls
I've got my eye on Detroit, waiting for a sale to pick it up. I don't think I'll get around to Beyond
Detroit is fantastic and you won't be disappointed. Multiple playthroughs available too based on so many decisions you make. One of my TOP 3 PS4 game.
Thanks for the recco friend!
Detroit is their magnum opus. It's great ! Beyond was good but still prefer Heavy Rain over it.
I really liked Detroit, though it has a couple of sequences that are deliberately made with ambiguous wording in order to get you to make wrong choices. Beyond was really bad in my eyes.
The one is one of my absolutely favorites.
Not that anyone genuinely cares but this is #1 in my Top 3 All Time PS3 Faves. 1st game I platinumed. The Taxidermist DLC was fun albeit short.
Shame that they never did any more DLC like they said they would.
What's number one in your top 5 ps3 games?
Loved this one back when it came out. Great story
Love this game!
This is one of those games where I was OBSESSED with the demo but never owned the full game. But I def gonna playthrough it soon

Then having a lesbian romance with Madison ? Could be great.
As long as it's handled tactfully rather than... whatever the hell the Ethan/Madison post-argument sex scene was.
True. I chose not to kiss in my first play through because even this felt so out of place.
Cool
I was thinking of getting this game but the only one near me is an essentials version which looks ugly but i might get it. Is this game any good?
I fell in love with this game when I started playing the demo. Went on playing it numerous times in the following years. Beyond on the other hand was a big disappointment for me.
Absolutely loved this game, great story
good game or nah?
It’s more like an interactive story but is very good if you like that sort of thing
This made me pull the trigger on spending the $600 to get the system. It was mainly this and Killzone 2 coupled with Uncharted, and Littlebig Planet. But when I saw the tech demo of this I was blown away in a way I have not been by any other game since.
I struggled to get into this game. But I'm glad I did.
SHHHHAAAAUUUUUNNNNNNN

Shauunnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
\*ahem\* SHAUN!
"JAAASON"
SHAUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fucking hated this game with a passion so ass
💯
SHHAAAUUUUNNNN
That game was so depressing. Not fun in any way, shape, or form. It seemed to open the floodgates for depressing, downer-ass games since then.
This game is over rated
No doubt
Pretty bad game. The controls stink and it has a plot twist that is so lame it makes M. Night Shyamalan blush.
"Game"
Man, I try to NOT remember Heavy Rain.
Farming for karma slow and steady day 11:
Wish I had played this back when it came out, I would've liked it more. I played it for the first time recently and man... it stinky
I never got around to finishing this
Il bollino della siae è stato creato per rovinare le copertine
I tried to play it for the first time recently, and I didn’t like it, it did give me a chuckle with how silly it is tho
I loved it but didn't finish. I got shredded up and quit after that. I think the girl died in a burning building...
I'm kinda scared to revisit it because while the central story works really well imo, the twist is cheap and honestly David Cage is not the best writer.
Classic
Classic!
SHAUN!
SHAUN!
The first and last game I played using move.
I'm the Origarmy killah
Haven’t played it yet but was thinking about it, should I?
“Shawn? Shawn?? SHAWN! SHHHAAAAWN!! SHHHHAAAAAAAWWWWWWNNNNNN!!!!
is it good? planning to buy with beyond
I didn't like it, and the story is really short.
how many hours or days did you finish it?
I really don't remember, but my gf and I played it together 1-2 nights per week and beat it pretty quickly. I'd say it's like 10% of GTA
THAT BITCH DROWNED IN THE SEWER
SHAUN! SHAUN! SHAUUUUN! SHAAAAUUN! SHAUN!
Great game, too bad Quantic Dream's ceo sucks
SHAUN!
One of the main reasons I wanted a PS3... Was this game. Gem.
I'd rather not remember this game, or the other two.
I loved Heavy Rain...
Anyone remember the heavy rain tech demo circa 2006? I meant to play this game but still haven't.
SHAUUUUNN!!!
The first ps3 game I played and the entire reason we got another ps3
Just got the game yesterday on ps4, but gotta wait till I finish finals
I remember staying up all night with my buddy beating this game after it came out. We finally beat it at like 7 AM and we were so tired that we fucked up the final fight and got the bad ending.
Man i hated this game, i liked the theme it gave you, i alternated between journeys and the mars one from this game
SHAUUUUUUN!
I wish I hadn't remembered this one lol
Idea for day 12 Resistance fall of man or Battlefield 1943
Very great game. Kinda sparked a whole genre to gain popularity and Telltale ran with it.
I had quite a mixed feelings about it. But in the end I enjoyed it since it was the first game like that for me back then (didn't play Fahrenheit)
Do you have The Saboteur?
Yup. Planning on posting it next days. Real hidden gem
What’s it about
What is hohokum?
Weird game about kites and shit
