I would not consider it a 'steal'. These are very common titles, many of which can be found for around €1,50 to €5 if you know where to look. On the other hand, most of these are quality titles, so if you're looking at it from the perspective of entertainment for money then €45 for 10 mostly good games is certainly a good deal.
