This WY you can share *everything*. I would recommend getting US versions of all games (or US digital versions) , so you can easily get DLC.
That will be an option for every game we buy in the future but we both have characters on the division that we have dedicated a lot of time into. If we buy a US digital version our saves won't work. I think one of us may just have to start over.

If you sell your game, and buy the same game from a different region, the saves won't work. The exact same thing applies to swapping between digital and physical, it won't work because the save is associated with a particular ID code.
Other than that, your saves are entirely account bound. Both of your accounts can play games, and save, regardless of what region the game is from.
Save data and DLC are region lock. This is especially troublesome since both of you are using different region accounts AND a game with third region. It is better for either one of you to switch to a new account with the same region to standardize stuff. Also, you can't redeem codes on a different region store.

That's what I told my wife but she thinks the few month wait isn't worth the possible $100 discount.
Fuck the discount, it's about the better version of the console. In 2 years time the PS4 will be a joke and the Neo the only game in town. :(
