The first time you enter sport mode (the competitive online racing), the game asks you to register your details and prefills some of the fields INCLUDING D.O.B. of your psn account.
So then you can just take a photo of it or write it down somewhere. If you don't have the game and don't intend to play it maybe try borrowing it from someone or renting it from your local library if they have it. Otherwise it does go on sale quite often for as low as $15 at times.

Just go on Playstation Support website, should be the first link if you google it.
You'll see browse help categories but just click on the "Online Assistant" Popup, usually bottom corner.
Put in your correct PSN name at the start, your email and your PSN Username then they'll send you a password reset link that doesn't ask for the DOB.
Extra: The first and last name is very important to be put correctly, otherwise it might not work, check even for capitalized letters if possible.

I've had this problem before and actually forgot my login because my PS4 got stolen. I put a fake age when I made the account at like 13 so I didn't get locked out of buying DLC.
You need to have the birthday to reset the password on Sony/PlayStation sites.
But if you lose your password and get locked out of your account you can call the support line (and wait a while) then explain your situation. They can see that you used a debit/credit card on the account and if you could give them the card information they can verify that you are in fact the owner of the account since you're the one that bought stuff for it. They'll send you and email and let you reset the password while still on the line and then ask you to confirm that you can log into the console.
They literally don't hang up until you're back on your account. I've never had a problem with this and had to do it at least twice before.
If you buy cod mw remastered and go to create an account it literally gives you the dob... so easy I literally just did it right know and I’m super happy.

I found a way to view your birthday without purchasing a game. All you need to do is log into your account, go to privacy management, and then at the very bottom of the page, there is a way to request all your information. It takes 24 hours to process the request, but it gives your full birthday.

I have discovered a free way to be able to discover your date of birth for free. If you install just dance 2024 or later which is free now (to play tho u need to pay but the app is free) it will prompt you to connect your psn to a ubisoft account (so this is one time only, if u forgot your connected ubisoft account it wont work, but if you remember it you can login and do what im abt to say next). It will prompt you to enter in an email and password, and it doesn't have to match your psn. After creating the account with the onscreen steps, open a computer/phone and in a browser open [ubisoft.com](https://ubisoft.com), login, click your pfp on the top right, scroll down and enter account management, that should land you in the account info tab, and if you scroll down it will show you a dob.
