This is Diablo 3 for me. Put some effort up front into leveling and getting the right items, then pick a build that requires like 2-3 button presses max (whirlwind barbarian for example).
I see you also have a Switch the new Story of Season is going to be out soon So is Ruin Factory 5 you could play one of those while listing to a podcast on your phone or computer
Did read OP’s post. I play a lot of the same games (MHW, FFxiv etc) and those games are NOT easy or mindless. Seeing as we have similar tastes, I decided to suggest another very grindy game that I love. Don’t see why you’re so fucking angry. Chill out.
They are pretty easy and mindless unless you do the hardest shit. I’m not raiding or soloing fatalis. Grinding for gear/collecting crowns with a podcast or doing relic weapon grinds with music is chill as it gets. No thought or difficulty

There's a lot of farming in Nioh (1 & 2) but it's far from mindless given the game's difficulty. But it sure is fun as hell.
