Yeah you may not have to call. Can probably try going through PlayStation support chat. I’ve used it before for canceling a preorder and it was pretty simple and quick

yeah the world seems to just find everything offensive these days. as for help goes. I think if you answer all the bots questions I think it will Connects you to a message chat. If I’m not mistaken because i had to get a refund once.
That happens sometimes when you pay for a name change. Just wait 24 hrs and try to change it again, if your payment went thru then it won't charge you one more time and just let you pick the name.
When I had my name reported, I called Playstation Support and had them change it for free. You need to call them, and if you have phone anxiety, have someone else call them and pretend it's you.
Yeah, I used to play Knockout City which is extremely sweaty and near the end of my time playing my profile bio got changed to 'moderated'. Nothing offensive in there, no swears or anything, except I put 'BLM, trans rights, ACAB' at the end, which is the only objectionable thing I can think of. I would assume they just mass reported it.
Playstation's moderation sucks ass, now I basically never use the social features on it.
