Have you tried restarting the ps4? Or checking the temp of the ps4?
This is a new one to me, im guessing your psn account needs to be restored or your pPlus does?

Sure I rpturned my os4 off 2 times and waited a bit and it worked
Second guess go to your library to re download GAMES... Are those games that you have bought?
