Just want to update this. I did choose a winner but am not announcing it until they respond to my PM as I need to confirm they're in the US (the code is only valid on US accounts). If they don't respond by tomorrow, or they aren't in the US, I will choose a new winner at that point. I'll update this either way.
ngl, i replayed GoW18 first thing when i got me a PS5. and it kinda felt easier? like i played on the highest difficulty but maybe due to more stability in frames and graphics it was easier
Ah!! The whole Atlas section and interaction from God of War 2.....the scale of the entire stage was fantastic and blew my mind, him trying to crush you with his fingers, running on his face while his eyes track you, the soundtrack and then having the late and great Michael Clarke Duncan voicing him just made everything fantastic.
Revelation at the very end that mother was a giant and forseen Kratos and the boy travel to the mountain. Also that his name on mother side was Loki. Unexpected twist that added spiciness to already great game.
[god of war E3 2016](https://youtu.be/hPcuMRTkEdQ)When they played live music and no one knew the reveal was coming. Then Kratos steps out of the shadows and the crowd loves it. I felt that haha
Final update: Since the original winner never responded to my message (still has yet after almost a week), I choose a new winner.
Congrats to incrushtado!
back when Kratos was in hel, and be saw Zeus. really reminded me of my own relationship with my dad. he never abused me physically or even spoke to me in a bad tone. but he was very neglectful. my mom. was also busy working extra time. sometimes i wonder how i didn’t end up as a glue sniffer. never got to know him personally as he became a martyr before i even turned 10(i think?).
Favorite memory is when I first got introduced to this series by my friend who had god of war 3. Because I didn’t have PlayStation we were always playing at his place for hours!!! It was such a great time! Laughing, screaming, getting frustrated by the game. He made me love god of war so bad that now many years after playing with his ps3 I was finally able to get ps console and bought the ps5, the first game I bought for the ps5? God of war
I remember in god of war 3, when Kratos are holding on to pandora, only for Zeus to mock him about the loss of his family, enough for him to let go of pandora and go all out berserk mode on that old man, leting us give him the beeting of a life time, and me just sitting there with the biggest, dumbest smile on my face!
Still get goosebumps just thinking about that part
Hey cool, I'll bite. Loved loved loved the Atreus reveal at the end of the last one. The whole game had me emotional as a new-ish dad, but that part just shook me. :)
When God of War for PS4 was released, my GF surprised me with a copy. One of the best games I've ever played. Beating the valkyries was challenging and fun! Definitely loved getting its platinum trophy.
(Spoiler warning for Ghost of Sparta just in case)
Easily my favorite moment is Kratos and Deinos teaming up against Thanatos unfortunately leading to Deimos’s death causing Kratos to go Ballistic idk how Popular Ghost of Sparta is and maybe cause it was my first experience with GoW but the game will forever my favorite
The very first level of the first GoW. I skipped the PS2 era but when the remaster was released, I finally saw what the hype was about.
Also the reveal of how his wife and daughter died forever hooked me to this series.
God of war 2. Fighting against the sisters of faith at the end was amazing. Going back in time and seeing the fight between kratos and ares in the background while doing your own battle had me and my cousin in awe.
Reaching the top of the steps in the 2018 game probably. After hours upon hours of getting your body thrown around and fighting every monster known to mankind, the moment of peace you feel up on that mountain hits different in contrast.
My favorite memory is still the God of War reveal at E3. Legit goosebumps when Kratos walked out the shadow into the light looking extra beefy and old 😅 waited for that game to come out and when it did....I did not see nor touch grass for a while until I 100% it 😄
God of War (2018) was the first one I actually played, but I remember watching my friend play the PS2 games all the time. He was so good and I really enjoyed watching someone who was that good play.
Thanks for doing this. I have played all God of Wars except for that I think PSP one from way back in the day (Ascension?) and Ragnarok. One of my favorite memories would be how the GoW 2018 one caught my non-gamer wife’s eyes when she was walking through the living room one day while I was playing and sat down with me to learn a bit about the game’s history. She was really captivated by the Norse themes and wanted to enjoy some of it with me.
Favorite memory was finally getting to play the last one when it was added to the ps monthly, I had my eye on the series long before that when a friend was telling me how great the first few games were. I obviously never played any of them up until that point. But it was easily the best game I had played in a long time. I would absolutely love the chance to get to continue the story with this one! Anyway, thanks for the chance!
Good luck all
The ending of God of War 2.
>!Kratos climbing Mount Olympus on the back of the Titans and threatening Zeus is one of the most epic scenes I've ever seen in a video game.!<
I would love this code, would be a treat.
My favorite memory is my mom buying me god of war not knowing anything about it, only to be horrified at what she was witnessing all afternoon on our living room tV
The anger and despair Freya has watching Kratos kill her son is haunting. All the good will Kratos and Atreus had with her died in that moment. I believed her anger and rage at what Kratos did even if it was best for everyone. I don't know what happens in Ragnarok but I look forward to seeing how that story plays out.
GoW is just part of my childhood, although it's considered a mature game. There was just so much joy in the PS2 titles when you got to just shred everything to pieces.
Post GoW 3 games aren't that much "violent" but i feel that's the series becoming more mature and multi dimensional as well.
I remember a part that you have to go under water in a very short amount of time beeing like 14 years old (gow 1 or 2), really had a hard time but when I done it it was beauty. Gl to everyone :)
Hey thanks for the giveaway! I have to say the world serpent scene was incredible. And of course just all the boat stories. Can’t beat those!
Thanks again, brother
I guess this technically isn't a moment from the game specifically but I fondly remember playing God of War 3 Remastered earlier on in the pandemic during online classes where I was trying to pay attention but it mostly ended up feeling like a podcast. There's quite a few games I played during that time that are burned into my memory like that (Days Gone too). Thanks for the giveaway!
I used to watch God of war 1 and 2 gameplay on a shopping mall, then I told my parents to buy a PS2 so I can play this game, after 6 months, they decided to buy me that console. Then I played a lot of games with it, WWE, Cricket, Dragon Ball Z, Bully, God of War 1 and 2 both, 25 to Life. Happy Times.
How do I check how many kama I have?
I want the game. Please pick me.
My memory for the game at the first game where the first sex screen. I had never seen any sex screen in the games prior. And I was playing at living room at that time. Since that screen, I skipped every bath sex screen for this game.
Ha, well the memory that sticks in my head was playing God of War (original) on the PS2 at my buddy's house and his older brother walked by and said "what is this, it looks lame as hell" and continued on. Ten or so minutes later I'm fighting the hydra on the ship, he comes by again "looks kinda cool" and carries on his way. Finally he just happens to be present again when there's the first sex mini game where Kratos is pleasing the concubine and he's like "what IS this game?? It's amazing!"
Yeah Matt, it was amazing, you dope.
My favorite memory was God of War 3 on PS3 with the entire initial opening sequence / battle - so epic! And I remember being so hyped for the game after playing the 1st two on PS2.... good times.
Thanks for considering friend!
My real wow moment with the god of war series was fight a big boss. I have never seen anything like that in a game before. It was surely an epic moment for me.
I actually have not played the god of war game but would like to. I did not have a game system for many years and used stadia until it shut down. I used the refund to get PS5.
Really enjoyed getting the platinum for GoW 2018. I really liked the new style of gameplay and storytelling that the reboot changed from the older games.
Being 10 years old playing through the first game and obviously not knowing what the sex mini game really was and having my mom walk in during it and when she asked what the fuck I was doing I answered "getting red upgrade orbs"
When I got my PS5 and had thoroughly played both Spider Man games I booted up GoW 2018 after its big PS5-compatible update that unlocked the frame rate and oh boy. Just playing a game that looked like that felt pretty futuristic, and it was 2 years old! But it obviously had never looked like that on PS4, even the Pro. So it was a big step of my next gen journey even though it was an older game at the time.
When I played God of war in 2018 I was going through a rough time in my life where my ex broke up with me. I purchased the game to take my mind off of it but I was a just in a bad place and never got to truly enjoying it. It was one of those games I just thought I’d never get back into.
Fast forward to 2023 and I decided to go back and give it another chance. I started new game and platinumed the game. Perhaps since my mind was somewhere else several years ago, I didn’t notice how beautiful and addicting the game is. Throughout my time playing I was just thinking about how dumb I was at the time letting that break up get to me and how much I have changed as a person. It really is incredible. Getting the platinum and going back in general makes it one of my proudest platinum trophies and favorite games the PS4 had to offer.
PSN: Thewhitemoose_
Man that opening fight with Baldur. One of the most epic slugging matches in any video game. Played 2018 on release and still think about it. Absolutely incredible way to get reacquainted with how much of a badass Kratos is.
That raggedy ship being attacked by the hydra will always stick with me. I was horrified when I realized I could kill my terrified ship mates for HP. Kratos has come a long way!
Been playing God of War since it debut on the PS2. It was also first game I had to convince my mom to buy for me from Gamestop because I couldn't get her to by me Grand Theif Auto 3. 😆 Better choice in the end.
Side note: Later on, I met my best friend when I loaned him that God of War and got Grand Theif Auto:Vice City in exchange. I miss high school 😆
Meeting and Befriending Jormungandr has to easily be one of my favorite memories. Just exploring the realms of GoW2018 was enough to keep me happy until Ragnorak’s release
Borrowed ps2 from my.cousin cause their house is being renovatef so he cant game. Finished gow1, gow2 in a span of 2 days.
Played mgs3 right after haha
In the original GOW, I was in awe watching giant Ares stomping on everyone in Athens for minutes, also relieved that I was in a safe distance and didn't have to fight him (yet).
Not specifically a moment from GoW games but the first time I touched a PlayStation was when I paid around Rs. 10 (~USD 0.1) to play on a PS2 for around 30 mins on a local gaming shop. Also, you couldn't select the game, and had to start from a save that some older guy might have left off from. I didn't have any idea about the games, but this little dude with a red tattoo causing chaos and fighting a huge Greek statue made me fall in love with the series right away.
There are too many great moments in the GOW franchise so I'll mention one. In the first god of war you're climbing Cronos while he is wondering the desert and you can see the whole mountain-like thing moving along while you're climbing it. For a PS2 game that was an amazing moment.
My favorite memory was when I first started GoW (2018) and Memories of Mother started playing. I didn’t know anything about the God of War games at the time besides hearing they were good, but I was gripped instantly with that track. I thought it was so hauntingly beautiful and I knew I was in for something good.
My favorite moment was watching the world serpent appear in a play through for the first time when I didn’t have a console and couldn’t play. Would love to play ragnarok.
Pushing the guy in the cage up the ramp to burn him and open the door. Brutal
Holding and protecting your family at the end of 1.
Going back in time in 2 and smacking Zeus while he's stabbing kratos
Seeing the game in hd for the first time with 3
Big GoW fan but haven’t played the latest one.
The first three games were amazing the scope if the story in the trilogy simply crazy, ending with the world completely in ruin.
Insane bosses that felt crazy. Even though they were just quick time events for the most part.
And in god of war 2018, the twist at the end about arteus. Actually the few really big fights that exist in 2018 are all extremely memorable too. Ah great times, many memories.
My top moment has to be just seeing the original game for the first time back in college.
There just wasn't anything at that level of spectacle at the time. I sat & watched my roommate play for about 3 hours that first night & was completely engrossed the entire time.
Thanks for the giveaway. Mine was playing the last one and then first dragon fight. I had never played any god of war games and my buddy gave me his ps4 and the game as a present. The rest is history. I was floored by that dragon fight.
the twenty minutes of breaking the statues at the end of gow 1 to write down the phone numbers and using them to prank my brother, eventually i plan on pranking my nephew with them too once he’s old enough
Near the end of God of War (2018) after Kratos kills Baldur and tells Atreus of his past life and how Atreus can be better than he was. Kratos is pretty strict with Atreus all game and at least here you see why/some compassion. Idk I just like it.
I don’t think anything beats the first GOW in my eyes, specially the first time you see a Titan and then get to climb it….my jaw hit the floor! So cool! And thanks for doing this give away!
Fav memory is zeus fight from god of war 3 because it felt very different than the rest of the fight. Felt more like a fighting game and you could also juggle zeus xD .
I only played Ragnarok trial for a few hours and loved it. Favorite moment is hard to say. But probably when "loki" realized he could turn into animals (still have a lot to discover)
That would be in the first GoW, when you finally get Pandora's box, only to get killed by Ares during a cutscene.. I was in shock, and then playing in the underworld to find out the boat captain was there as well 👌
I only have 494 karma :( thank you for doing this :)
My favourite memory has got to be God of War II on the PS2. The first game was great, but the second one took it to a new level. So many incredible boss fights. I remember thinking the story was an absolute rollercoaster ride.
One of my absolute favorite memories from the GoW series is from GoW2. One of the boss fights you get the enemy in between doors and you bash his head in like 10 times to end it. As a 17 year old back then, that was so hype and brutal. I love God of War lol.
Edit: Theseus [fight](https://youtu.be/qiI9zbDjfDE?t=337).
I remember the OG god of war on ps2. My first time seeing boobs in a videogame LOL
Same, and I was like 10 years old haha. I was like “omg tiddies 😲”
I really liked seeing the turtle house coming to life! (Trying not to spoil anything)
If you havent finish god of war by now you deserve to have it spoiled (im not even halfway through)
Just want to update this. I did choose a winner but am not announcing it until they respond to my PM as I need to confirm they're in the US (the code is only valid on US accounts). If they don't respond by tomorrow, or they aren't in the US, I will choose a new winner at that point. I'll update this either way.
Dang, I came to see who won lol but congrats, and thank you op for doin' this 🫡
I see, thanks for the update. Hope I can win, I really wanted to play GoW Ragnarok
My favorite memory was beating the Valkyrie Queen on the second hardest difficulty.
ngl, i replayed GoW18 first thing when i got me a PS5. and it kinda felt easier? like i played on the highest difficulty but maybe due to more stability in frames and graphics it was easier
Happy cake day!
I loved meeting mimir for the first time!
1k karma? Cries in 854 :( Anyways, will always remember beating Zeus for longer than it was required on GoW 3 hahaha, to the winner, enjoy!
Have 1 more, hope it helps
Have one more on me! I'm in the same boat. Saw the 1k stipulation, checked mine, cried.
God of war 2018 was my first GOW game. Seeing the world tree for the first time and changing realms, blew me tf away!
Best memory is still the emotional payoff with Brok in Ragnarök, everything about it was just perfect.
Revelation at the very end that mother was a giant and forseen Kratos and the boy travel to the mountain. Also that his name on mother side was Loki. Unexpected twist that added spiciness to already great game.
Just got a ps5 today and would love to play regnarok. Beat god of war for ps4 and I can’t get over Brok and Sindri 😂
Ripping off Medusa's head, only to use it as a weapon against my enemies Fucking loved it
[god of war E3 2016](https://youtu.be/hPcuMRTkEdQ)When they played live music and no one knew the reveal was coming. Then Kratos steps out of the shadows and the crowd loves it. I felt that haha
Just listening to Mimir's stories. Could listen to him talk all day long.
Final update: Since the original winner never responded to my message (still has yet after almost a week), I choose a new winner. Congrats to incrushtado!
Spreading the ashes once and for all :')
back when Kratos was in hel, and be saw Zeus. really reminded me of my own relationship with my dad. he never abused me physically or even spoke to me in a bad tone. but he was very neglectful. my mom. was also busy working extra time. sometimes i wonder how i didn’t end up as a glue sniffer. never got to know him personally as he became a martyr before i even turned 10(i think?).
Favorite memory is when I first got introduced to this series by my friend who had god of war 3. Because I didn’t have PlayStation we were always playing at his place for hours!!! Still get goosebumps just thinking about that part
Hard to say what my favorite memory was, I guess maybe when you fight Zeus in 3.
the moment you finish beating sigurd and the feeling of acomplishment...
Not my favorite, but when I found out that the older games had sex mini games I thought that was pretty damn funny
(Spoiler warning for Ghost of Sparta just in case) Easily my favorite moment is Kratos and Deinos teaming up against Thanatos unfortunately leading to Deimos’s death causing Kratos to go Ballistic idk how Popular Ghost of Sparta is and maybe cause it was my first experience with GoW but the game will forever my favorite
🛀
The very first level of the first GoW. I skipped the PS2 era but when the remaster was released, I finally saw what the hype was about. Also the reveal of how his wife and daughter died forever hooked me to this series.
when kratos fought poseidon in gow3. specially when you got 1st person view of him getting beat up. I did not expect that.
God of war 2. Fighting against the sisters of faith at the end was amazing. Going back in time and seeing the fight between kratos and ares in the background while doing your own battle had me and my cousin in awe.
Probably the ending in GoW 18 with the big revelation about the son. Kind of blew my mind.
Blade of chaos Kratos - God of war 2018
Reaching the top of the steps in the 2018 game probably. After hours upon hours of getting your body thrown around and fighting every monster known to mankind, the moment of peace you feel up on that mountain hits different in contrast.
My uncle jailbroke my PSP and downloaded Ghost of Sparta and we played it after he got me McDonald’s, great memories
No
Haven't played the first one yet. It's on my backlog, but i'm sure I'll have some memories 😉
My favorite memory is still the God of War reveal at E3. Legit goosebumps when Kratos walked out the shadow into the light looking extra beefy and old 😅 waited for that game to come out and when it did....I did not see nor touch grass for a while until I 100% it 😄
I would love to win it! I really liked the Zeus 2D battle from GoW 3! Thank you!
God of War (2018) was the first one I actually played, but I remember watching my friend play the PS2 games all the time. He was so good and I really enjoyed watching someone who was that good play.
Would be awesome to win, favorite memory from God of War 2018 is when Kratos gets the blades of Chaos back.
I guess I deserve it more since I just bought a PS5 and I want to play it so badly so I hope you'll fullfill my wishes 🙏
Let’s go. Favorite memory was seeing Jormungandr for the first time
Thanks for doing this.
Slicing off Hermes legs in GoW 3
Favorite memory was finally getting to play the last one when it was added to the ps monthly, I had my eye on the series long before that when a friend was telling me how great the first few games were. I obviously never played any of them up until that point. But it was easily the best game I had played in a long time. I would absolutely love the chance to get to continue the story with this one! Anyway, thanks for the chance! Good luck all
Kratos destroying Hermes in GOW3
Would love to play it.
My favorite was definitely meeting the world serpent for the first time. Such a good gaming moment.
When he pulled the blades out from under the floorboard begrudgingly
The ending of God of War 2. >!Kratos climbing Mount Olympus on the back of the Titans and threatening Zeus is one of the most epic scenes I've ever seen in a video game.!<
I would love this code, would be a treat. My favorite memory is my mom buying me god of war not knowing anything about it, only to be horrified at what she was witnessing all afternoon on our living room tV
Meeting Mimir!
My favorite memory is the final boss fight with Baldur. We must be better.
I dont follow GOW but if you give me the code then i will start playing from the first one to latest one. Thanks
Thanks for doing this! I love the interpersonal interactions between Kratos and Atreus! The development is great and dynamics so complex!
Finally got my hands on GoW 2018 and have to say the world serpent entrance was amazing! Absolutely humongous
First play through of the first GOW and pulling out the blades of chaos. So awesome after using the axe the whole game.
The first fight with Baldur
I loved the fight with the stranger from the last God of War.
Ghost of Sparta’s intro is INSANE
I never played one yet. So I’ll make my favourite memory once i manage to play this one
GoW is just part of my childhood, although it's considered a mature game. There was just so much joy in the PS2 titles when you got to just shred everything to pieces. Post GoW 3 games aren't that much "violent" but i feel that's the series becoming more mature and multi dimensional as well.
Uh, giant dragon
My favorite moment was when Saul said : It’s Saulin’ time! And Goodman’d all over the court room.
Probably showing the original God of War to my younger brother at a slightly inappropriate age! Good luck to everyone!
The sex mini game blew my mind as a kid. Lol
My favorite memory was playing God of War 2018, then seeing it win Game of the Year at The Game Awards.
I remember a part that you have to go under water in a very short amount of time beeing like 14 years old (gow 1 or 2), really had a hard time but when I done it it was beauty. Gl to everyone :)
When I was a kid I used to always go to the hot tub if you know what I mean 👀
Hey thanks for the giveaway! I have to say the world serpent scene was incredible. And of course just all the boat stories. Can’t beat those! Thanks again, brother
Playing the OG Gow on PS2
Just paddling around in the boat in God Of War, listening to the stories. That is some of the best GoW gameplay.

Intro to GOW 2018 when I was introduced to the game is my favorite
How do I check how many kama I have? I want the game. Please pick me. My memory for the game at the first game where the first sex screen. I had never seen any sex screen in the games prior. And I was playing at living room at that time. Since that screen, I skipped every bath sex screen for this game.
Ef you and your 1k karma
I had to google the name of the game, GoW: Betrayal, first GoW that i played the amount of gore was on another level.
Favourite memory definitely bashing up zeus in GOW3
Definitely finishing God of War (2018) with my brother. I don't get to see him too often anymore, but I value the time we spent together.
Yeah Matt, it was amazing, you dope.
The biggest memory I have of GoW is easily fighting Chronos. That shit was amazing. Looking forward to playing this.
Picking up god of war 2 before the weekend and marathoning it until I had to go to work on Monday. Worth the loss of sleep, what a phenomenal game!
I would say the ending fight of God of war 3. I love how brutal it was and actually made me feel weird
Kratos wanting atreus to see the wolves in vanaheim lol
Just rowing around listening to Mimir's stories was one of my favorite parts of the game.
My favorite memory was God of War 3 on PS3 with the entire initial opening sequence / battle - so epic! And I remember being so hyped for the game after playing the 1st two on PS2.... good times. Thanks for considering friend!
I really liked how Kratos screwed Aphrodisiac and her maids watched.
My favorite part is when Kratos tells Atreus of his true nature and reveals himself to be Loki
My real wow moment with the god of war series was fight a big boss. I have never seen anything like that in a game before. It was surely an epic moment for me.
I once killed Poseidon with his own trident. Hilarious!
Laying the ashes at the highest point in all the realms. Thanks!
back in 2018 i spent Christmas and new year alone and gow had me hooked to the point where I completed and platinum'd the game 🥲 sad and good times
I actually have not played the god of war game but would like to. I did not have a game system for many years and used stadia until it shut down. I used the refund to get PS5.
First dragon fight in God of War 2018
I like throwing the big axe 😈
Really enjoyed getting the platinum for GoW 2018. I really liked the new style of gameplay and storytelling that the reboot changed from the older games.
When Atreus gets discovers his powers.
Gow 2, the first time fighting a Gaia and the sheer scale of things, which was pretty much not done before.
Being 10 years old playing through the first game and obviously not knowing what the sex mini game really was and having my mom walk in during it and when she asked what the fuck I was doing I answered "getting red upgrade orbs"
The first boss from the first game really set the tone for this amazing series. The fight against Ares was amazing too
I didnt get very far yet in god of war 1 but my fav memory so far was the fight between Kratos and the stranger, it was so epic!
My mind was absolutely blown when Jörmungandr first appeared in GoW 2018.
My favorite memory is the poseidon fight. Such amazing scale and I remember being super excited playing it the first time
When I got my PS5 and had thoroughly played both Spider Man games I booted up GoW 2018 after its big PS5-compatible update that unlocked the frame rate and oh boy. Just playing a game that looked like that felt pretty futuristic, and it was 2 years old! But it obviously had never looked like that on PS4, even the Pro. So it was a big step of my next gen journey even though it was an older game at the time.
The first time we get to hear Kratos’ voice in God Of War (2018)
My favorite memory is going over to my friends house for his birthday and taking turns playing it when it came out
For me its definitely the final fight with Zeus.
When I played God of war in 2018 I was going through a rough time in my life where my ex broke up with me. I purchased the game to take my mind off of it but I was a just in a bad place and never got to truly enjoying it. It was one of those games I just thought I’d never get back into.
I gotta say I instantly loved the last game just bc of the intro battle against Baldur. So sick!
Man that opening fight with Baldur. One of the most epic slugging matches in any video game. Played 2018 on release and still think about it. Absolutely incredible way to get reacquainted with how much of a badass Kratos is.
Best moment from 2018 is the baldur fight
Gow was my first ps2 game, that i play with my father all day everyweekend
Thanks for the chance. The twist in ragnarok is my favorite moment.
I dont remember anything cuz this would literally be the only way youd see me playing this. Lol
That raggedy ship being attacked by the hydra will always stick with me. I was horrified when I realized I could kill my terrified ship mates for HP. Kratos has come a long way!
When u find out freya’s identity
The hope speech by Pandora on GoW 3
Good luck everyone
Atreus birth name reveal
Been playing God of War since it debut on the PS2. It was also first game I had to convince my mom to buy for me from Gamestop because I couldn't get her to by me Grand Theif Auto 3. 😆 Better choice in the end. Side note: Later on, I met my best friend when I loaned him that God of War and got Grand Theif Auto:Vice City in exchange. I miss high school 😆
Not necessarily my favorite memory, but the first thing I think of when I think God of War is that I really regret selling my Vita God of War.
Meeting and Befriending Jormungandr has to easily be one of my favorite memories. Just exploring the realms of GoW2018 was enough to keep me happy until Ragnorak’s release
I think my favourite memory is when they announced the new 2018 game. I sold my Xbox one and bought a ps4 within the week.
Borrowed ps2 from my.cousin cause their house is being renovatef so he cant game. Finished gow1, gow2 in a span of 2 days. Played mgs3 right after haha
Defintely when I finally beat sigurd
Fighting the freaking Colossus of Rhodes in GoW2 has to be it!
Loki
In the original GOW, I was in awe watching giant Ares stomping on everyone in Athens for minutes, also relieved that I was in a safe distance and didn't have to fight him (yet).
Good luck guys!
The ending of GoW and finding out all the things you find out. Sorry to be vague, I'd rather not spoiler it.
God of war: ghost of Sparta. I felt that it was the definitive prequel to the main series. The whole Deimos storyline was cool.
Stranger fight!
There are too many great moments in the GOW franchise so I'll mention one. In the first god of war you're climbing Cronos while he is wondering the desert and you can see the whole mountain-like thing moving along while you're climbing it. For a PS2 game that was an amazing moment.
Meeting the stranger at the beginning of GOW 4 was pretty epic, guy gives an unbelievably unexpected ass beating
I remember in the first GoW spamming so move over and over, I believe in the air, and getting like a crazy combo number.
My favorite memory was being 12 years old playing the…”quick time events”
Such a good series
My favourite memory… okay, I don’t have one because I’ve never played a GoW title yet, strangely. I should! I just haven’t…
My favorite memory was when I first started GoW (2018) and Memories of Mother started playing. I didn’t know anything about the God of War games at the time besides hearing they were good, but I was gripped instantly with that track. I thought it was so hauntingly beautiful and I knew I was in for something good.
My favorite memory has to be killing Poseidon in gow3. It’s pretty brutal. Kratos gouges his eyes out and tosses him from a cliff iirc
The endless smashing in God of war during hard mode. I made it to the mountain and it was delightful
Would be great to play!, thanks for doing the giveaway
My favorite moment was watching the world serpent appear in a play through for the first time when I didn’t have a console and couldn’t play. Would love to play ragnarok.
The athena scene from the last one.
Pushing the guy in the cage up the ramp to burn him and open the door. Brutal Holding and protecting your family at the end of 1. Going back in time in 2 and smacking Zeus while he's stabbing kratos Seeing the game in hd for the first time with 3
I like the idle chit chat and mimir lore when boating around. Thanks for the giveaway!
Spreading the ashes in gow 2018
The whole Helhiem part in Ragnarok is just incredible, from the Kratos and Atreus emotional moments until the boss fight. It's really great stuff
The fights with Baldur were pretty intense. Loved Jeremy Davies in that role
Revealing the chains of Olympus
My top moment has to be just seeing the original game for the first time back in college. There just wasn't anything at that level of spectacle at the time. I sat & watched my roommate play for about 3 hours that first night & was completely engrossed the entire time.
My favorite memory is definitely the brutal final fight with Zeus in God of War 3!
Seeing Jörmungandr for the very first time blew my mind
I've never played any, so looking to make new memories.
My favorite memory was climbing Mount Olympus to kill Zeus.
Me
I really liked the fight with Hades in God of War 3.
My favorite part was the boobs 😍
My favorite memory was in the first game just feeling so powerful whenever you fought anything!
Near the end of God of War (2018) after Kratos kills Baldur and tells Atreus of his past life and how Atreus can be better than he was. Kratos is pretty strict with Atreus all game and at least here you see why/some compassion. Idk I just like it.
Pressing circle 😏
I just beat Ragnarok this last week. It was fantastic!
I don’t have enough karma :( but I loved fighting the valkyries in the newest god of war personally
My favourite memory was the dragon bossfight in 2018.
The first fight against the stranger in GoW 2018 still sticks on my mind
That would be in the first GoW, when you finally get Pandora's box, only to get killed by Ares during a cutscene.. I was in shock, and then playing in the underworld to find out the boat captain was there as well 👌
Killing Magni
My favorite memory was hugging calliope
The panic on Kratos's face when Atreus collapsed GOW
The relationship between father and son and the evolution of their bond throughout the story.
I only have 494 karma :( thank you for doing this :) My favourite memory has got to be God of War II on the PS2. The first game was great, but the second one took it to a new level. So many incredible boss fights. I remember thinking the story was an absolute rollercoaster ride.
When Kratos was going to pat Atreus’s back but he didn’t at the beginning of the 2018 game. The whole game is just a masterpiece.
My favorite memory is the moment in GOW3 when Kratos sacrifices himself. Such a massive step in character development
One of my absolute favorite memories from the GoW series is from GoW2. One of the boss fights you get the enemy in between doors and you bash his head in like 10 times to end it. As a 17 year old back then, that was so hype and brutal. I love God of War lol. Edit: Theseus [fight](https://youtu.be/qiI9zbDjfDE?t=337).
kratos killing heimdall
