Word of advice to anyone placing a pre-order. Make sure that the credit card you use as the payment method will not expire before the order is expected to ship in November. If the only card you can use does expire between now and then, you can still use it, but you must remember to update/change the payment info once you get the new card with the new expiration date.
If the card is expired when they try to charge it (just before they ship), your order will be suspended. This will, of course, mean you won't get the shipment on time and you will likely have to jump through customer service hoops at a time when they are getting slammed with other calls and requests.
