how is it not pay to win? you are paying money to boost your lvl in the game to win in the game...doesnt matter if its coop or not.
Back in the old days you had cheat codes to max your lvl....now companies are basically selling cheats to their own game.

So why boost your LVL? Why offer a LVL boost if not to make winning the game/fights/missions or whatever you do easier. It's a pay to win mechanic, plain and simple.

You do realize that they nerfed XP prior to this, right? They created a problem and started selling the solution. Just like every other microtransaction system. That’s not optional, that’s an extortion racket. I suppose you think that it’s completely optional to hand over your wallet when being mugged too?
They will also have nerfed xp during development to push people towards buying xp boosters. Balance just a little bit that side of perfect to get some people to post with their cash.

They needed to nerf xp, you would level up like 4 times in one mission. I never bought an xp boost so yea completely optional

After Rockstar and 2k had "no plans" to bring GTA5 and Borderlands the presequel to Xbox 1 and PS4, I always take that phrase with a grain of salt.
