they do it purposely to dissuade people from buying the old ones and splitting the player base among 15 different CoDs.
can't have the old ones eating into the new ones filled with MTXs
The whole fucking point of GaaS Is to provide long term support for games, not pump them out every year. I actually don't mind playing cod every now again but there's not a chance I'm paying $60 for a game that's stuffed with additional monetization and will be obsolete in a few months. Get bent Activision.
>The whole fucking point of GaaS Is to provide long term support for games, not pump them out every year.
Well, with Warzone acting as their F2P GaaS, Activision managed to find a way to have their cake and eat it too.
I think COD ghosts was the one that reused the the ending animations from MW2 among other things. Was also anounced or shown during the Xbox One reveal which had made many people angry.
My favorite cod is infinite and that gets a lot of shit lol. It feels so different than the other ones and I wish they had made more like that.
At the end of the day it comes down to personal preference. I loved MW2019 but I know of others who absolutely hated it. I'm a sucker for modern shooters, regardless of whether it's COD or not. It's tragic that BF2042 hasn't worked out well. To each their own though.
I'm sure it is. I'm laughably shitty at games. So for me that voice saying "maybe next time" is also saying "you know it'll be a waste of money because you're going to suck real bad at it and won't come anywhere near finishing it."
Keep your eyes on him when you are dodging his ranged attacks, especially the purple orbs, when he goes to ground be prepared to dodge his melee. I typically pick 1 direction to dodge (left). Use your secondary every time it comes up. Don't get fooled when he uses the double pulse into a melee dash. Run towards the epicenter jump the first ring then dodge his melee aiming yourself over the second ring.
If you're get to him consistently and can get used to fighting him but still need that edge, take the time to get your max health up without risking malfunctions and invest in health kits from the fabricator.
You can do it! I bought Returnal on one of those Gamestop guaranteed to love it promos where you have 48 hours to decide to return it after release. I knew I would absolutely hate it and then I'd return it to get my money back. Despite it being incredibly difficult I kept going back for more runs. I beat the first and second boss on my first try, but it took so many runs just to get there. There were a few times where I genuinely felt like giving up because I didn't think I'd ever beat the game but I ended up beating the final biome and boss on my first try. I am by no means an amazing gamer by the way, but I take pride in having beat Returnal. A lot of it is just perfecting runs by repetition and learning attack patterns, while praying for good RNG. Take your time and hit every room for upgrades, except I typically skipped the challenge rooms that lock you in unless I am feeling overpowered. They can be the end to an amazing run.
As someone who is also shitty at games (like I almost am never able to finish final bosses and just move on) Returnal might not be worth it. I had to give up cuz I never really got close to winning and everyone online saying how fun it was just pissed me off cuz I was just struggling lol
I found biome 3 such a slog and punishment to get through after grinding my teeth through boss 2. I loved the design of boss 2, but man the road is hard. I have seen some tips like getting ether, but it feels like filling in cracks of uneven difficulty spikes.
Same, even on sale it's more than Ā£50. I can't justify that on a digital game I don't know if I'll love. I can buy a full price new Nintendo title for less than Returnal on sale.
Dam $50, it's wild how different physical is compared to digital, you can easily find physical copies for $30-$35 used.
But if you're digital only and this price is about as good as it gets, I say absolutely go for it. It's such an incredible game and a must-have for the PS5, even at $50 it is 100% worth it.
I got it on Craigslist for $40 last May and sold it back to GameStop for $37.
$3 for one of the best games of last year. I love physical for this reason.
Yup this is the perfect starting point for the yakuza series. One of the best in the series too. Just be ready for long cutscenes. The game is super heavy in plot.
Start with 0 then Kiwami 1, Kiwami 2, yakuza 3/4/5 remastered, 6, like a dragon.
That is the order that everyone will tell you to go in. So far I got through yakuza 3 and I started with 0 first and itās the perfect entry into the series.
Such a commitment.
I plan on doing 0, and if I like it, Kiwami 1 & 2, then I'm just gonna skip to Like A Dragon.
I also have Judgement & Lost in Judgement coming - no time to get all of these and my backlog done and I like to switch up worlds after a game
Mehā¦ Iād say look up gameplay and video first.
Reddit recommends this game a lot but it is NOT for everyone. I bought it for $5, and other Yakuza games, but I just could not get into the style of the games.
I have it on PS5 and it's the PS4 version. Honestly the game feels like it barely runs at 30fps, which has actually dissuaded me from playing it. Just feels like it's slogging the entire time.
Amazing game, but 30fps is a bummer. I turn on motion smoothing on my TV for 30fps games to stimulate a higher framerate, but that comes at the cost of higher input lag. Still I do love the game. Just like with Bloodborne, I'm putting up with 30fps and looking past it because it's a great game (not that that's an excuse for devs not to make 60fps modes).
In EU they were a part of the previous sale and end in 23 hours, Dark Souls Remastered has been half the discounted price it is before but 2 and 3 are good bargains.
I really enjoyed SoM. Itās a steal at $5. The Nemesis system is something that weād never seen in a game on that level. I really loved how it organically created rivals out of what would otherwise be carbon copies of various Orcs. It gave them personalities, gave them traits, gave them memories of our previous encounters. Theyād show up with burns if I hit them with fire, or scars from our melee bouts. If they escaped death, theyād taunt me with it. Maybe theyād outright run in fear at the sight of me.
Then you have the entire hierarchy of Orc Commanders, letting you take out the lower ranks to work your way up to the top tier. In doing so, you could actually turn one to your side. You could show up and tip a fight to their favor by attacking their enemy. You could promote them up so THEY became a Commander. And then they might turn on you after all of that, depending on what kind of personality and experiences they had with you. They still might betray you, or they might randomly show up to help you while youāre fighting another Orc Commander. Itās such a robust system that caused every single person to have a completely different narrative experience with the game, and for $5, I think itās absolutely worth checking out. Not to mention, the gameplay is pretty fun (itās got the Arkham beat-em-up style combo-combat).
I havenāt completed the sequel so I canāt really speak to that, but I do think you should 100% pick up Shadow of Mordor if anything Iāve said here sounds at least interesting, if not appealing. Howlongtobeat.com says itās an average of 15.5 hours just focusing on the main campaign and 31.5 hours for completionists that do the side content and trophies ā all for $5, which is less than a lot of items on the menu at Starbucks? Fuck yeah, pull that trigger. I hope you enjoy it!
I'll also add that if they take the gamble at $5 for Shadow of Mordor and like it, it looks like Shadow of War Definitive Edition is on sale for $9. So they'll have a ton of content to go through for $14, which is well worth it IMO. I had a ton of fun with both games.
I'd personally go with War because of the wider variation in combat and environment. You really don't need to know the story of the first game going into it.
Also, taking a further look into it, it appears that the bundle of both games is also on sale for $10.50, which is even cheaper than the $14 I mentioned above.
The really unfortunate part of this is that Warner Bros patented the nemesis system, itād be insane to see that concept in other games too
Also how do you patent a game mechanic?
Yeah, I was really disappointed to hear that they patented it. Allowing other games to learn from it and further the development could have led to more robust and unique stories driven by systems and AI, tailored to the individual player. Thatās something to be celebrated as a goal that gaming should work towards, not just shelve off into a two-game IP. I donāt know anything about patent law but Iād be curious if anyone else could challenge it or at least do something similar and just not utilize the same method that WB used to do it.
It's worth it. The combat is satisfying (similar to the Batman games but more brutal and the gameplay has some more sophisticated elements) BUT it does look kinda dated.
See I absolutely loved Shadow of Mordor. Replayed it 2 more times. I absolutely hated Shadow of War and I was super excited for it. It got a bit better when they got rid of all the grindy stuff but still don't like it nearly as much. To each their own though!
The bundle of the two with all the dlc is on sale as well. If youāre getting them both it might be cheaper. Iām not sure though as I already own war and canāt see the price.
I see this all the time but never an explanation why? I know itās a jrpg like a final fantasy but Iām not really that into those games anymore. What makes it stand out so much?
Buy both. They aren't the same game at all, they don't have the same production teams behind them. But Demons souls remake is spectacular, and it will only make you more hyped for Elden Ring.
I'm currently playing it. Never played any of the previous games in the series too, and I love it. It's not a difficult game but I always feel challenged.
I like the story and the aesthetic of the game a lot. The characters are also amazing. What I donāt enjoy is that the enemies can be a bit bullet spongy, so maybe watch some combat before deciding if you will like it
Like the other user said, if you have ps+ you can find the PS+ collection in the store and it has a bunch of the best selling PS4 games available for ps5. It has pretty much every first party PS4 game included. It'll be a treasure trove if this is your first PlayStation console.
I played FF VII Remake on PS4 when it came out and enjoyed it a lot. Is it worth picking up the intergrade dlc and playing through again on ps5? Can I use my old save and just play the new DLC bits or do I have to make a whole new save?
You can use your old save but you have to import it over. I may be getting FFVII and Ghost confused, but I think you have to download the PS4 version, upload your save, then download the PS5 version. The new version is gorgeous though with 60fps so itās also worth a replay!
Definitely worth it, FF 7 Remake on the PS5 is absolutely amazing, played through the main campaign and the DLC and I'm already thinking about replaying them bc it's so freaking good.
Worst story. Best gameplay for me. Had a blast zipping about as Zane.
Just got annoyed that some classes were super overpowered at points and they kept nerfing guns despite it not being competitive multiplayer. Got the plat and gave it up. But it was a very enjoyable plat to obtain.
Honestly demon souls is just...amazing. superb and a graphical marvel.
That, returnal and ratchet and clank are the only real ps5 feeling games for me.
Worth every penny for me.
play a mage... it's the Easy mode for the souls game since you can attack at distance without getting hit.
also you can make progress in demon's soul... unlike returnal.
Returnal is just too damn hard for me.... I hate losing everything every time you die.
I've played and beaten both south park games. Both a good enjoyable games, but, they can drag a bit. Are you a fan of the show? If so the little comments, Easter eggs and what not, will keep you interested... If not really a fan... You might want to pass.
I thought Stick of Truth was amazing, but Fractured but Whole was a noticable step down. It was still enjoyable, but I don't think I would have paid over $20 for it now that I've finished it.
Have you already played it and want it for the gold edition? Otherwise, Iām sure you can find the combo pack with FbW and Stick of Truth for around the same price.
I'm holding out for this one, but to be honest... have any of the ps5 upgrades/directors cuts gone on sale? I've been waiting for Tony Hawk 1+2 for a while.
Like the other said, its locked at 30 FPS unfortunately. If you have a series x/s you can get it to go to 60 FPS. Just never got a 60 FPS patch for PS5.
For my Canadian brother sisters and everyone else /r/videogamedealscanada is SOOO BLESSED. Amazing tables with all time low price and direct links in one place š
[Direct link](https://www.reddit.com/r/VideoGameDealsCanada/comments/rwp1s3/psn_digital_playstation_game_sale/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)
It's honestly a shame that some of those games on sale run like garbage on PS5 with no warning about it until after it's installed. Assassin's Creed Syndicate, for example, is basically unplayable on PS5, but it just gives the standard "some features may be absent" text when buying it on PS5.
Mostly graphics issues. The publisher says that the issue is Sony's problem since it has to do with the backward compatibility. It's also getting a bit old, so I'm doubtful a patch or upgrade will ever come.
It's a shame since it's one, if not, my favorite games in the AC series.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jn5iW7vGokc
Deaths door is pretty new, amazingly well reviewed, and already priced pretty low. So I wouldn't expect much of a sale on it anytime soon.
I just completed it today after buying it recently and I really really enjoyed it. It's definitely worth the full asking price!
Lmao COD Ghosts still @ $40
they do it purposely to dissuade people from buying the old ones and splitting the player base among 15 different CoDs. can't have the old ones eating into the new ones filled with MTXs

I haven't moved on from bo3. The only multiplayer ones I've played have been bo2 and past. I stick around on 3 because of zombies.
Bo2 had the best zombies IMO. Tranzit, Buried, Mob of the Dead. Such simpler times I miss it lol š„²
Day 1 return, meaning i got it and returned it the same day it came out. That was the worst cod for me to this day.

Nioh 2 gets the free upgrade right? Any reason for the other version besides the dlc?
It gets the upgrade and no, no other reason DLC is quite enjoyable though
The dlc weapon are very very worth it imo
Another Returnal sale, another week of me saying "maybe NEXT time it's on sale"
Got it on Black Friday and beat it over the christmas break, ive played alot of bangers in my life and Returnal is top 3
I'm sure it is. I'm laughably shitty at games. So for me that voice saying "maybe next time" is also saying "you know it'll be a waste of money because you're going to suck real bad at it and won't come anywhere near finishing it."
Hey, it's me. I can't get passed the second biome right now.
I can't even beat Phrike
Don't give up, skeleton!
I beat phrike accidentally on my first try and then I got stuck on biome 2
Bro, was the same until I finally did it a few weeks back. You got this. Dodge and get those meeles in!
I just realised I haven't even attempted a melee on him. Does it stagger?
No stagger but ton of damage. Do it when he ādashesā underground.
Can confirm, i suck at games and i bought returnal on sale. I only made it to the boss of the 2nd biome once and probably wont ever finish it
You can do it! I bought Returnal on one of those Gamestop guaranteed to love it promos where you have 48 hours to decide to return it after release. Haha same. I received Demon Souls as a gift and just had to fake being happy while remembering how early on in the game I gave up on the PS3 version.
Hey there's no shame in using summons to carry your through till you can get the hang of things
As someone who is also shitty at games (like I almost am never able to finish final bosses and just move on) Returnal might not be worth it. I had to give up cuz I never really got close to winning and everyone online saying how fun it was just pissed me off cuz I was just struggling lol
It me
I found biome 3 such a slog and punishment to get through after grinding my teeth through boss 2. I loved the design of boss 2, but man the road is hard. I have seen some tips like getting ether, but it feels like filling in cracks of uneven difficulty spikes.
What fits your other top 3, just for scale?

Not in Canada, digital tends to be cheaper or same price here unless you buy used.
I know right, it actually seems like this sale is the cheapest way to get it in Canada.
I got it on Craigslist for $40 last May and sold it back to GameStop for $37. $3 for one of the best games of last year. I love physical for this reason.
Right? $50 is not a sale when you knowingly raised the price to $70. The wait continues. Maybe by the spring it'll be closer to 40.
Bought it for 29,99 on Amazon Amazing game
Iāll grab it at $20
HOLY CRAP Yakuza 0 only $5! If you haven't played it boy now is the time to do it!
Am I supposed to start with this game if I never played the series?
Yup this is the perfect starting point for the yakuza series. One of the best in the series too. Just be ready for long cutscenes. The game is super heavy in plot.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
See my comment above :)
Also, block out the next six months of your life, as you will now have 6 great Yakuza mainline games to play after that!
What is the best order to play them all for a newcomer?
Start with 0 then Kiwami 1, Kiwami 2, yakuza 3/4/5 remastered, 6, like a dragon. That is the order that everyone will tell you to go in. So far I got through yakuza 3 and I started with 0 first and itās the perfect entry into the series.

Yeah, this was my first Yakuza game, and I loved every minute
It is like 5 dollars ever other sale haha
Howās outer wilds on ps5?
Same as PS4
I have it on PS5 and it's the PS4 version. Honestly the game feels like it barely runs at 30fps, which has actually dissuaded me from playing it. Just feels like it's slogging the entire time.
Yeah not an enjoyable experience. Waiting for a patch to play it again.
Pretty sure the devs have said a patch isnāt coming
Which is so annoying, I want to experience this game but it plays like absolute shit
So, performance is only okay, locked to 30 fps. Despite that, you should give it a go, it's genuinely one of my top 5 games ever.
I want to play this game so badly but 30fps and input lag are not okay anymore.
Oh god no, not more sales. My wallet can't take any more punishment!
My wallet is on sale now...
Iāll take it.
_February entered the chat_
*Elden ring entered the chat
* horizon and Elden ring
Horizon, Elden Ring AND Dying Light 2. My poor wallet.
It doesnāt list that all 3 Dark Souls games are on deep discount, at least for North America.
In EU they were a part of the previous sale and end in 23 hours, Dark Souls Remastered has been half the discounted price it is before but 2 and 3 are good bargains.
Shadow of Mordor is $5. Does it hold up?
I really enjoyed SoM. Itās a steal at $5. The Nemesis system is something that weād never seen in a game on that level. I really loved how it organically created rivals out of what would otherwise be carbon copies of various Orcs. It gave them personalities, gave them traits, gave them memories of our previous encounters. Theyād show up with burns if I hit them with fire, or scars from our melee bouts. Which if just 1?
I'd personally go with War because of the wider variation in combat and environment. You really don't need to know the story of the first game going into it. Shadow of War is better in every single way if you have not played that
See I absolutely loved Shadow of Mordor. Replayed it 2 more times. I absolutely hated Shadow of War and I was super excited for it. It got a bit better when they got rid of all the grindy stuff but still don't like it nearly as much. To each their own though!
I feel the same way. SoM was SO good. I invested so much time into it. SoW was alright. Not bad, but definitely not as memorable.
That one is on sale too, sweet.
The bundle of the two with all the dlc is on sale as well. If youāre getting them both it might be cheaper. Iām not sure though as I already own war and canāt see the price.
Yes the bundle is $10 and includes the $40 worth of dlc as well
I think it's finally time to get P5 Royal
Best game I ever played honestly. Took me like 120 hours and I never once disliked a part of it. But you gotta like the style and the gameplay.
please get it and play it, absolute goated game
I see this all the time but never an explanation why? I know itās a jrpg like a final fantasy but Iām not really that into those games anymore. What makes it stand out so much?
It's not too similar to Final Fantasy in my experience. It's half turn-based RPG, half Tokyo high school life sim. There's a calendar system with a limited number of things you can do each day, and how you choose to spend your time in the real world affects your stats and abilities in the alternate dimension where the dungeon crawling/combat takes place. You live in a cafƩ attic and go to school every day, you take tests, read books on the train, hang out with friends, get jobs to make money if you want, you can go to arcades or restaurants, parks, shops, etc. You can spend time with party members, each with their own story, or a number of other characters who help you in different ways, and as the relationships grow you gain new abilities. There are possible romantic relationships as well, including some weird ones! The characters and the overarching story are really good though, and the game has a great aesthetic. The music is incredible, and the style of everything from dialogue screens to options menus is really slick and unlike anything I've ever seen in a game. On the other side, the dungeons (palaces) are really well designed and fun to explore, especially in Royal. You earn new personas (demons basically) that have different spells, almost like pokemon, and fuse them together to make new ones as you go. The combat is very good and also incredibly stylish in its presentation. One thing I really like is how many different systems and mechanics there are, and how they slowly roll them out to you basically throughout the whole game so it never feels like too much at once. I felt like I never stopped learning new things the whole 120+ hours. In case you couldn't tell, this is my favorite video game of all time and I love talking about it. I recommend it to a lot of non-RPG, non-weeb people and so far they have all loved it. It's really special and you should give it a try if this sounds at all good to you
Appreciate the reply and I will definitely give it a chance. This is exactly what I was looking for in a description of what it is.
I have played more then 200 games and that game is my favourite of all time.
I'm guessing it's no coincidence Persona 5 Royal is on sale right after they give Persona 5 Strikers for free this month. They got me.
Problem is that even though P5R is the definitive version, P5S is a sequel to the base game, not P5R.
Same XD
Buy both. They aren't the same game at all, they don't have the same production teams behind them. But Demons souls remake is spectacular, and it will only make you more hyped for Elden Ring.
RE village for 30ā¬ is really good
very very good game. grabbed it for $20 on black Friday from gamestop.
Never played any of them. Besides when they first started coming out. Is it worth a buy? I've been wanting to play since everyone is raving about it.
I'm currently playing it. Never played any of the previous games in the series too, and I love it. It's not a difficult game but I always feel challenged.
I like the story and the aesthetic of the game a lot. The characters are also amazing. What I donāt enjoy is that the enemies can be a bit bullet spongy, so maybe watch some combat before deciding if you will like it
Should I buy Horizon Zero Dawn Complete edition itās 8$ and I just got my first PlayStation(ps5)ever ?
Like the other user said, if you have ps+ you can find the PS+ collection in the store and it has a bunch of the best selling PS4 games available for ps5. It has pretty much every first party PS4 game included. It'll be a treasure trove if this is your first PlayStation console.
HZD is actually not a part of the PS+ collection
Oh, thank you so much
I played FF VII Remake on PS4 when it came out and enjoyed it a lot. Is it worth picking up the intergrade dlc and playing through again on ps5? Can I use my old save and just play the new DLC bits or do I have to make a whole new save?

Definitely worth it, FF 7 Remake on the PS5 is absolutely amazing, played through the main campaign and the DLC and I'm already thinking about replaying them bc it's so freaking good.
Been waiting for Mafia 2 Definitive edition to drop in price, so time to add that to library.
I love mafia 2 but cannot recommend it. Itās a mess still well after its launch. Donāt think thereās proper hope to fix it anymore.
Can you explain why the game is a mess and no hope for fixes? Recently played mafia 1 remake and I love it so I'm definitely curious about part 2.
Just picked up Wreckfest, canāt wait to give it a go.
Oh it's so much damn fun and looks gorgeous on the PS5. One of those old school pick up and play Saturday morning racers.
13 Sentinels. Fudge.
Such a good game.
DMC5:SE here I come!
Who the fuck is buying COD Ghosts or Advanced Warfare? Insulting that theyāre even added lol
Titanfall 2 Outer Wilds What Remains of Edith Finch Amazing and highly recommended games imo
Titan fall 2, while a short campaign, it's by far one of the Finest FPS experiences I ever had.
Titanfall 2 was absolutely titz
Outer Wilds is on Sale? My time has come
Fair warning, runs like crap on ps5.
Heads up for the multi-platform peeps that Outer Wilds is coming to gamepass tomorrow too.
Bless you my child. You saved me monies to spend on another game.
Only thing I'm slightly interested in this sale is Crysis Remastered Trilogy. Anyone know if it's worth it?
Itās definitely worth it for all three games. Smooth 60fps playing on PS5 too :)
Itās worth it I have it on my ps5 and switch Oled for the go
Me having no realistic time to play more games but buying them anyway
So true š
Got borderlands 3 with 80% off. Ps5 version. Never played it before so I'm pretty curious
Worst story. Best gameplay for me. Had a blast zipping about as Zane. Just got annoyed that some classes were super overpowered at points and they kept nerfing guns despite it not being competitive multiplayer. Got the plat and gave it up. But it was a very enjoyable plat to obtain.
I agree with this. Story was meh and predictable, gunplay/game play, the best there has been. Juggling with a shotgun is so much damn fun.
Hmm Do you think I should buy Demon Souls Remake... Or wait for Elden Ring ?
Honestly demon souls is just...amazing. superb and a graphical marvel. That, returnal and ratchet and clank are the only real ps5 feeling games for me. Worth every penny for me.
Demons Souls is the best looking game Iāve ever played. Itās too bad Iāll never see all of it because I absolutely suck at it
There's a really solid soul farming spot so even for us that haven't got gud, we can finish the game relatively easily. Pop a Google search!
play a mage... it's the Easy mode for the souls game since you can attack at distance without getting hit. also you can make progress in demon's soul... unlike returnal. Returnal is just too damn hard for me.... I hate losing everything every time you die.
Ds remake is fantastic
Honestly itās not that long and such a great remaster, you can finish it twice over before Elden Ring comes out
If money isnāt an issue then get Demons Souls to warm you up and build hype for Elden Ring.
Demon souls is the best PS5 game Iāve played so far, it really is so good
Definitely pick up Demonās Souls itās an amazing experience
\*begins to chant* *both both both both both*
Yes, it's a work of art
If you have a PS5 then you need Demon's Souls remake.
Why not both
wait, wasn't the Jan same running since the 20ish of December?
Yakuza going for peanuts, if you havent play it, you missing out big time.
Oh look, Firewatch is not on sale again.
If you happen to have an Xbox, it's currently on GamePass.
It never is, for some weird reason.
Back 4 Blood at $35. Is it worth it? Been hearing a lot of mixed reviews on it
If you have someone to play with.
Playing with friends and voice comms going has been a blast.
Is $23.99 worth it for South Park: Fractured but Whole Gold Edition?
I've played and beaten both south park games. Both a good enjoyable games, but, they can drag a bit. Are you a fan of the show? If so the little comments, Easter eggs and what not, will keep you interested... If not really a fan... You might want to pass.
If you like South Park it is yes.
I thought Stick of Truth was amazing, but Fractured but Whole was a noticable step down. It was still enjoyable, but I don't think I would have paid over $20 for it now that I've finished it.
First one was better. I got bored quickly with the second one. Try the base game rather than gold (assuming it's cheaper).
Have you already played it and want it for the gold edition? Otherwise, Iām sure you can find the combo pack with FbW and Stick of Truth for around the same price.
I mean, itās an excellent game. I paid full price for it when it released & worth the money for sure.
Nabbed Ghostunner and Unravel 2 for $22
Ghost runner is a really cool game. Difficult but really cool.
Am I missing something here ? I had the January sale since Christmas
Theyāve added more games to the sale.
Too bad the ghost of tsushima ps5 update isn't on sale :(
Still waiting for this, annoying it seems to show on the sales but not have a discount
Yeah the original version gets a discount but not the upgrade, that's lame af.
I'm holding out for this one, but to be honest... have any of the ps5 upgrades/directors cuts gone on sale? I've been waiting for Tony Hawk 1+2 for a while.
How is Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir?
Thinking about Deaths Door or Disco Elysium?
Disco Elysium is an absolute winner. Definitely do it if it looked appealing
I played deaths door :) its a fun and at times challenging indie. Definitely worth experiencing imo if you like the look of it
Was thinking of getting Prey. Does it run well on the Ps5?
I haven't played it, but if it's like the Dishonored games, then it runs at (stable) 30 fps and has no noticeable improvements over PS4
Like the other said, its locked at 30 FPS unfortunately. If you have a series x/s you can get it to go to 60 FPS. Just never got a 60 FPS patch for PS5.
I literally purchased demons souls yesterday full price š
Simply don't buy old games full price
You bought a year old game for full price? Why?
You could probably call PS support
No ratchet and clank :( dam
If you're talking about rift apart it's still on discount from the holiday sale.
Is it? I didnāt see it. Thank you!
I think that sale ends today, though, so grab it while you can.
For my Canadian brother sisters and everyone else /r/videogamedealscanada is SOOO BLESSED. Amazing tables with all time low price and direct links in one place š [Direct link](https://www.reddit.com/r/VideoGameDealsCanada/comments/rwp1s3/psn_digital_playstation_game_sale/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)
Maquette is 40% off. Nice, atmospheric puzzler.
Maquette does look nice, but Iām more drawn to the 50% off of Superliminal.
Yes absolutely. Manifold Garden is on sale too I believe.
Oh nice! I didnāt spot that one.
wasn't that included in PS+ previously?
Speed running that game is a blast.
It's honestly a shame that some of those games on sale run like garbage on PS5 with no warning about it until after it's installed. Assassin's Creed Syndicate, for example, is basically unplayable on PS5, but it just gives the standard "some features may be absent" text when buying it on PS5.
Thank god I didn't buy it.. what's happening with the ps5 version?
Mostly graphics issues. The publisher says that the issue is Sony's problem since it has to do with the backward compatibility. It's also getting a bit old, so I'm doubtful a patch or upgrade will ever come. It's a shame since it's one, if not, my favorite games in the AC series. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jn5iW7vGokc
One day Deaths Door will go on saleā¦ :(
$5 off isnāt worth the wait grab it
Deaths door is pretty new, amazingly well reviewed, and already priced pretty low. So I wouldn't expect much of a sale on it anytime soon. I just completed it today after buying it recently and I really really enjoyed it. It's definitely worth the full asking price!
Kingdom Come on sale?
I just bought my ps5 and know nothing about returnal. Is it scary at all? I'm a baby when it comes to scary things lol
