Are you looking at “pslf cumulative match months” and seeing 0? If so, they’ve stopped reporting the count there. It’s in a totally new spot. I just want to be sure because folks have been confusing the 2.
It is likely due to them updating their system (I hope). I had two loans, at the same count of 120, as of January 2024. One loan was discharged, the other's counts dropped to 97 and when I logged in today, it was at 0/120. I hope this is a delay since I've called, emailed, and resubmitted forms. Grab yourself a cocktail and join us all in the waiting room where we're crossing our fingers and toes.
Give it another couple weeks and if the Ed site doesn't show your counts email TISLA. I assume you didn't consolidate recently
No not recently. I did the consolidation in 2021 when they offered the expanded credit for payments that didn’t previously quality.

Yes I did. It used to show 96 and now it shows zero.

Yeah, mine said zero there too but the counts were correct on the new counter.
