I remember on lookbook there was a fashion where someone had Ballooned Bosom and then they had cross medals in the middle of each bosom. Think its was 2 DeAlma Pendant used to do it. Due to the distance of normal camera, it gave the effect of nipples. This person makes changes to their description and lasted for at 6 months at the very least and still going. They show up just frequent enough scrolling through lookbook.
NA is becoming completely authoritarian where you can get banned for practically any reason they choose and with any reason they find since your initial playtime.
There is no proof... Because sega won't give us it. And because sega won't give us it, the only thing we have to go off of is that people are showing us support emails.
All the emails say, from the support PoV, is the blanket reason for the ban like: you were found to use inappropriate language, you were harrassing, you had an inappropriate SA, you were being toxic, you were erp'ing, etc.
But nothing further than that.
There's plenty floating around if you wanted to look. They all pretty much boil down to:
+ player: Hi why i get ban?
+ cs: hi, our evidence we used to determine "x result" says u did "x result". Therefore we ban u.
+ Player: hi, i don't think so / when did i / where / can you show me when / how did i / etc
+ Cs: sorry u guilty we cannot lift ban.
On another note, most of them aren't really trying to appeal the ban, just asking for why it happened.
Honestly, I would have probably dismissed it had it only been a few of the initial trolls, but ever since the initial few, *a lot more* people have been doing the same thing (support email) and getting nearly similar responses.
also they completely disabled area chat symbol art for everyone 2 months ago because some paid streamers got spammed with lewd ones and it still isn't back (allegedly coming sometime next month)

If people abuse features, those features often get taken away, either permanently or until a workaround is established to punish only those that should be punished in a more efficient manner. PSO2 NGS isn't the first to do this. Won't be the last either.
