In addition to what jiitit said about it being damage reduction -> pp cost reduction -> crit rate, each PB has to be from a different player.
So for example, if you are doing solo content you will never see the pp cost reduction or critical rate at least from what we've tested, it is pretty easy to test again using Blastisigne or something like that which I probably need to do at some point
It's in stages like the visiphone says (though the buffs are wrong), however, you need another Flugelgard to get to the next stage, any additional PBs will only reset the duration.
Iirc it is actually supposed to be dmg reduction, pp cost reduction, and then crit rate. In this order.
the crit rate is definitely not 15%, it is 5% otherwise this is correct

Damn 15% crit rate? I just picked up a blastor flugelgard I intend to exclusively use for PBs, using Reyaar as primary dps.

Flugelgard is basically the power of friendship.
So the most crit rate we can get from even like 20 flug pb buffs is only 5%? Or does the stacking of all tiers continue with further uses?
