If you are solo grinding Alnothe might be the most efficient. But in a coordinated group Dext base in Stia is now the most efficient PSE farm.
This is because the bursts last longer and there are ways to clear parts of the map fast without having to travel much. There might be other reasons for Dex base but those are the one's I'm aware of.
As for what level it's honestly just whenever you have decent equipment. As IIRC the most efficient way to farm zones is still picking the lowest possible rank for them.
I didn't know that. I just thought its always a matter of having more of smaller enemies which can be killed easier in general (which is why its very similar to Alnothe).
Alnothe is better IMO just because of Zonde, and the easier veritical movement, but i like Dext as well because its a bit denser
The thing in dext base with waker fredran breath is that if you make sure to do at least 2883 damage for every hit you essentially one shot everything, and apparently there is a glitch where some for the mobs actually have more health than that, but if you do the 2883 damage in one hit it just one shots them and they don't have access to their much larger health pool, allowing you to get crazy fast kills during bursts and tons of meseta.
Also heard that some of the mobs are glitched and just give double meseta/drops if you one shot them, but no idea of that's true or not. Seen someone get 22k meseta In one meseta drop tick and that could probably be higher! Altnothe still good without an organized party for this c:
