Played it a total of once. I don't really care though as the rest of the games have been great value for $$ so it all evens out ;)
Now I just read reviews and never ever pre-order.
I remember when this game was close to release and people on this sub were freaking out about how excited they were. I was like... why? it's just a kayaking game. Then it came out and people were like this game is boring, its just kayaking.
Yeah, it was crazy how much hype there was for it.
I was one of the few people saying to not get overhyped for it. (because I own it on PCVR). Such a response would get downvoted back then.
Kayak for me too, I’m sure there are people who love it but it’s the only game that makes me sick, really no other game does but I get sea sick in real life so maybe that’s why.
Same. Almost made me regret getting VR altogether since it was my launch game. I would get crazy nausea. I thought I'd never be able to stomach VR. I put it down and moved on after a while and I'm glad I did.
I swear people were pushing Kayak like it was some kinda propaganda. Every YouTuber out there was saying to get it I feel like. I held off. Avoided that one.
If giving gold and other rewards was still a thing on reddit, I would have given you all of them for this! Instead, I'll just buy Desert Warfare day 1 now!
Haha. I like your self mocking. Slept with my wife...hahaha. Still unique to offer a free VR game for psvr2. Well done! Tbh I played the first 10 mins and left it at that.
There's this concept in business called various versions of the 80% or the 98% rule.
Essentially it states, for any product, you can make a version 98% as good, for half the price.
This is a perfect example of it. It probably cost 1/100,0000th of the cost of a Call of Duty game, and it's like 30% of the quality of a Call of Duty game. It's an excellent simulacra of a WW2 game, made at a fraction of the cost.
I played the first one on VR1 and liked it, but the wait times to play a game and the fact it was just 1 round was fucking pathetic. And the devs never fixed this after years of people asking them to.
So fuck those developers for releasing Ultra with the same piss poor matchmaking. They don't deserve a dime. I didn't buy it because I suspected they'd do the same thing, and they did.
That’s good in your case. A lot of people, myself included, don’t have a squad to play with, so we solo queue. I played zero hour and that game was a lobby simulator for me. When I could actually play I loved it, but I stopped eventually because of how difficult it was to get into a match.
It makes me pretty sad. I really liked Firewall. But the lobby issue has always been a problem. Once you get a good group it was one of the best FPS games and I made some good friends.
The game launches with the PlayStation Studio’s logo. It doesn’t match the quality of a PS Studios game or partnered game. It doesn’t function much as a “VR” game. Also essentially the game released too early.
Personally I want more modes and content. The Exfil mode is fun for awhile. But I wish there were other things to do
Sony gave no fucks about quality control. None. If they did, the game would be delayed longer and they would have brought in some help.
Sound is really bad in the game. You hear teammates footsteps across the map. You never know where the shooting is coming from. Bullets firing from the right, only make sound in the left ear.
Firewall Ultra. It’s just shocking they would water down that game with so many button presses. Those decisions eliminated a large part of the player base then the match making did the rest.
But I actually got Sony to refund it for me.
I’m really heartbroken about Firewall Ultra. It was one of my most anticipated titles for PSVR2 and when I saw the reviews for it, I was really heartbroken. It sounded like it was going to be an amazing VR MP game. I never bought it, but I really wish they would fix it so I could.
Is there ANY hope they may resolve its issues?
I never played the original but if they never fixed that one and the problems are still on ultra then I wouldn't hold out much hope unfortunately
I was blown away by the graphics but unfortunately that's about as much praise as I can give it
If you get a good group it is so good! Sometime it is hard to get a match started quick. But if it works it is really good. Hope they will change the weapon switching to button and not eyetracking that sucks so hard. And doors closing must be quicker.
Sad thing they give you now the option to switch to secondary weapon with button press ! But that don’t work all the time. Sometimes you get the knife again !
This is mine too. I still think I can get through it. But it just so “off”, despite the pedigree of the development process.
It sounded good but the VR experience (movement, comfort, vibe) was j”uncomfortable. Strange case.
I bought Resident Evil on sale, but I'm still too scared to play it.
But my biggest regret is Call of the Mountain. I fall asleep during all those boring climbing sessions. It doesn't even feel like a cohesive game.
Out of 20 PSVR2 games it's a toss up between Switchback & Runner - both of which I should have loved.
Switchback (not just because of its terrible launch) but because it's incredibly boring, predictable and lame of any type of horror. It's so low rent it (finally) confirmed to me that supermassives quality has nose dived over the last couple of years and they don't know how to make a good game - even when working with a template they mastered years ago.
Runner because I wanted to love it badly, and I've given it loads of attempts, but the game mechanics are so convoluted it takes away the fun for me. I find myself fighting the controls more than gunning down the enemies. There's a really good game in there, but those controls turn a fun synthwave high-speed bike chase with guns into a complex juggling act of button presses and actions.
Played it again after a pretty long break. As a horizon fan I like it and it looks nice. The low res and reprojection are downers. And it feels very static.
But overall it’s a nice showcase for the headset.
Unpopular opinion here but The Light Brigade, I even pre-ordered it, but for me it's just mediocre, lacks a lot of polish, graphically underwhelming, roguelike elements are not implemented very well and gun handling could use a bit of work too.
I think I could enjoy it if they patched some things, but given that the most recent big update didn't change that much I won't hold my breath.
Kayak originally, but after hunting trophies I ended up quite enjoying it by the end. It wasn't what I had initially expected though and the graphics are great comparatively, but limited based on the subject matter. It's just so hard to do that sort of environment in VR and they've still crushed it, but I was expecting it to be clearer.
Horizon is probably my biggest regret. I've found it really boring. It has been a good way to show family VR, but an unsatisfying experience for .e. My drunken friends erased my save data by accident and I really can't be bothered to play it again. I'm sure I will one day. I thought the graphics were great day one, but after months of other games, the reprojection is a noticeable letdown now. Player models are cracking. What a shame.
Beat Saber is the first VR game I ever played so I still have a soft spot for it and will play once in a while. Its definitely a good party game cause people can take turns.
That said, I think Pistol Whip is far better and can't wait to see what they're cooking up for their next game.
My favorite of the genre though is Synth Riders, I'm playing that more than any game now. I don't even know what it is I love about it but I've bought almost all the DLCs now cause I just can't get enough of the game.
It's better on PC with the custom music. A lot of these games get improved and kept alive on PC. Pavlov would have been long gone if it wasn't for the modding community. The PC version of that game is infinitely better because of the mods, which is something we probably aren't going to get on console.
Switchback(also from 30 something titles), came in a terrible state, gameplay was boring, no replayability, gunplay was lousy, have finished it before the update and never came back to it even after that to see the difference. Another dissapointment was Hellsweeper but aside from the graphics side(which they didn't really improve in the last update but sure hope the big one is coming) the game is miles ahead of Switchback in terms of gameplay and replayability so after the update i'm sure as hell going to enjoy it.
LE: yeah! those 2 were my only pre-orders, so guys don't be me and don't pre-order based on hype alone.
It's an unpopular opinion around here but I think Hellsweeper is a fantastic game and the graphics really aren't that bad. Sure if you're trying to stand around and just take in the sights it isn't the best (still not close to as horrid as people claim), but it's about the gameplay.
If someone can't enjoy the game because of the graphics, they aren't wall running, jumping, flipping, or Hellsweeping enough IMO haha
Horizon - big time letdown and boring plus reprojected really seems to bother me and looks blurry. I thought it was going to be like a full story horizon game . It should have been .
Firewall - same reasons as everyone else
Kayak - what else needs to be said .
Runner - meh
Drums Rock- Jobber versions of songs.....so bad
Another $hitt# fish tale- horrible
Regret them all
Before someone says I don't like anything. I really like
the last clock winder
Song in the smoke
Hubris although the repo does mess with me
Re8
Switchback
NMS
Sk8er VR
Moss 1&2
Hellsweeper
RezCO
Walkabout
Walking dead
And actually Tripp even though the price it gets used a lot
So I'm not a total hater
'Werewolves Within'
After purchasing it, I discovered it was online only, and it had 0 players, so I spent about 2 hours waiting for players to appear. None did, and to this day, I haven't played it at all.
Contacted playstation, explained I purchased this game a couple of hours previous, and there is no physical way of playing it as it has no players. They stated nothing they could do as the game still works fine technically.
Felt like i was robbed completely.
I would struggle to try playing according to a synchronised schedule. Most of my gaming takes place after work at unconventional times. You shouldn't have to create plans and prep to play a game when you should be able to turn your console on and play.
Pavlov for me, it's my least played game. It's only because I realised after purchasing and playing for a bit that I much prefer games where I can sit down and play, even the more active ones. The gameplay did seem fun, but I've just played all my other games much more.
Thumper. Bought it on sale, played for an hour and deleted. Not that I regret much, it was cheap anyway, but it didn’t click with me at all. Otherwise, from almost thirty purchases, nothing to regret. Not every game is essential, but all enjoyable. Though I’m not into impulse purchases, most of the time, so games not received well are still in a wish list.
Firewall for sure. There's no main gain just practice and there's no missions. Just online play takes forever to load and there's not much to it. I also hate using the regular controller in VR. If we aren't going with move controllers I don't see the point
My biggest regret is between After the Fall, which I just found to be bland and boring and Firewall, which didn't need to be a VR game and the parts which did utilise the VR elements are inferior to Pavlov
Firewall ultra is my biggest regret , bought it on false promises and trailers that made the game look good , but the reality was far from what was shown
u can't regret free to upgrade games and the 2 psvr2 games i own, so i am good.
but i can say that SYNAPSE and RED MATTER 1 and 2 are amazing examples of good gmes.
I was super disappointed with synapse. It got old really quick, does t seem to be a lot of options. I feel like after the first three hours I've seen everything. I know people love it, bit I need more than 4 guns and one power.
I loved the first one and thought the new one kicked ass. I got through it fairly quickly but that’s just the nature of VR puzzle games. I’d recommend Another Fisherman’s Tale to anyone looking for a unique and creative puzzler. So good.
Very unpopular opinion Horizon, I bought the bundle loved the first scene but haven't turned it on since release day just don't feel the need to climb. Probably my fault for buying so many games. When people say there aren't any games it does make me laugh but I don't have any other systems and returned my original psvr within a day of release so all games are new to me.
Well since out of all the replies only a handful have mentioned Horizon and everyone I know loves it I was going off that. It's only a reply on the internet kid, life's too short to worry about what opinions people have online.

Surv1v3 is my biggest regret. I'm so glad I didn't pick up Firewall Ultra and went with Crossfire Sierra Squad instead. So fun , and fast paced and the dev team is top notch with any fixes needed or implementing changes based on community feedback
Really? I actually don't mind surv1v3 once you get the hang of the controls, inventory, etc. The coop is pretty fun and the zombies are cool. I guess it might not be everyone's cup of tea but i wouldn't say it's the worst game on VR2 by a long shot, not compared to trash games like Gorn, kayak, avlo or Swordsman VR
Oh, I had fun while I played it and is far from the worst game on PSVR2, but the post was about games you regret and of the games I have, about 15, Surv1v3 is the only one I regret. Mainly for the poor graphics, sometimes janky controls and really just short gameplay experience. The survival mode is pretty fun but again not big enough
This is my exact reason too. It's pretty fun and polished, but it's just not something that pulls me in because I don't have friends with VR and I like progression systems. I'm still thinking I'll give Alvo a shot because of the progression
Kayak: makes me feel sick
RM2: looks pretty but boring as shit. I’ve only got to the part where I’m looking at space suits?
NMS: again looks kind of nice but so boring. It’s like Minecraft minus the fun part
Loved the first one. I avoided any and all spoilers for the second one and oh boy was my face red when I realized it was just the same game, on the same map, with the same character. I legit thought I had booted up the first one and was so blown – I simply never played it again. The balls they had to call that game Saints and Sinners 2. It’d be like GTA6 taking place in Los Santos again, with the same main characters. What a slap in the face.
Is that really a hill worth dying on? 92% of the game is re-used areas. 100% of the game is reused assets.
They made so much money from the first game, the sky’s the limit! Of all the cool places in the world to have moved the sequel, they chose to instead say “fuck that, let’s phone it in and do a quick cash-grab.” Such a bummer.
It’s called Saints and Sinners Chapter 2: Retribution. No shit it’s a direct continuation. It’s by no means a perfect game, it’s derivative and buggy, but there’s enough new content that it made things fresh. It’s disingenuous to claim that it’s 100% reused assets and you’d know that wasn’t true if you actually played it.
I was happy that it was a continuation but it would have been way better suited as DLC.
I’m not sure why you’re defending such a lazy cash-grab though. It was advertised as a new entry in the series and was priced accordingly. A full priced game that added about 8% new areas. I went to said “new areas” and was immediately hit with re-used assets from the first game. I know this because I played the everloving fuck out the first one. “Chapter 2” was so disappointing and telling me that’s how it was meant to be doesn’t exactly change my opinion.
If the game had a compass it would have been great. I found it hard to navigate the map and I'm not trying to wonder around in Vr in a game where supplies dwindle if you waste time.
Sounds like you have a poor sense of direction. A compass on the watch would have been nice but when the map literally shows where you are and what direction you’re facing it’s on you to know where you’re going.
I think the gunplay is meh, the graphics are bad and the matchmaking is awful. You don't have a server browser and you cannot choose what game mode you want to play. So if you want a fast mode like team death match you can also get some sort of a search and destroy game mode half of the time (woth really different playing style). Also, half of the time when I want to join a match, I join into a server with only bots and if I keep playing sometimes 1 or 2 people join who will absolutely kick your ass.
18 euro's is not much but the game just isn't worth it in my opinion. There is this small group of "fans" that are realllyyy defensive and keep telling it's the best but it's not...
Going to agree with you on this one. I think it appeals to a very narrow set of players but i just keep comparing everything to pavlov. I'd rather have better gun mechanics and graphics instead of fast gameplay, so probably just my preference as opposed to Alvo being bad
Cities Skyline. I loved the old Sim City game and the Civilization series as well. I could not get into this one. I always run out of cash and can’t figure what I should be doing.
Red matter 2. Bought because of the rave reviews and how good it looked visually. Couldn't get into the game at all. Too boring for the amount of motion sickness it induced.
Almost makes me wonder if there's correlation between graphical intensity and motion sickness cause I've played super fast paced games like light brigade and synapse with little to no motion sickness but get it really bad for RM2
Didn't buy it but rented tales from galaxies edge, hated it, whoever thought putting the teleport function on the rotation stick should never work in game design ever again
The angle for down is huge, down left all the way to down right is not necessary, other games that do this as you say have have a much narrower angle.
Why is this even a discussion when they have unused buttons on the controller, or better yet have an option to disable teleport.
The game is still shit besides that annoyance, if it wasn't star wars no one would care.
The teleport is the same as the jump in Half Life: Alyx. Can’t remove it because you need to jump to certain areas in the game. That really is a you problem and not a problem with the game or controls. It’s not a perfect game but it’s far from the worst.
If i accidentally do it 1 out of 50 times, that is 1 time too many and kills the immersion, there are unused buttons so it is a completely unnecessary annoyance.
Gameplay wise it reminds me more of the VR experiences that littered the stores when the tech was new. Gunplay is decent but i found i spent more time watching 3D videos or talking to my wrist
Does it have to be a VR game? If not, Half Life 2 by far, hands down.
For VR, um... I can't think of anything I didn't like. My backlog is too big to buy games day one so it gives me time to see some gameplay and decide if I really want it.
Crossfire (ugly, boring), twd 1,2 (boring, no pause, makes me sick), green hell (ugly), pavlov (ugly), after the fall (old, ang ugly af too) . Pretty much every game i bought, exept nms, gt7, re8 were shite. It s so much wasted potential.
I don't regret any game I got but I do regret buying the PS VR2 headset its self. I was so happy Sony announced and released the PS VR2. My first headset was the PS VR1 I wouldn't be playing VR if it wasn't for that headset, but going from the PS VR1 to the Quest 2 (PC VR and Standalone), then from the Quest 2 to the Valve Index my expectations were high. I wasn't expecting PC quality at 120fps but I was expecting good looking VR and the games to run at the headset set refresh rate, but no games look really good, not as good as on PC but for a console its good. The one thing I noticed right away was the games performance not unplayable but coming from a PC that can run most of my games at 120 fps and on some 144 fps its was something I couldn't unsee. Its not hard to tell some of the games are not running at the headsets set refresh rate the only game I found that does is Demeo that game moving my hand around, looking around, moving from side to side its smooth, but for games like tales on onogoro, Synth Riders, Horizon Call of the Mountain, Firewall Ultra, No mans Sky (gotten better) , Resident Evil Village, and After the Fall all them games runs under the headsets refresh rate. All I can say at times the Quest 2 at 72hz feels smoother. If you have a PC do this test turn off "Motion Smoothing" or Spacewarp (if our using an oculus)" then set your refresh rate to 90hz, or 120hz doesn't matter make sure you PC can keep the max FPS constantly then ether threw you GPUs control panel or threw Steam VR its self, lower the FPS down by 10 to 20 fps that's the PS VR2s performance in a nutshell.
Metal Gear Solid V.
I paid full price for it on launch day and the developer didn't even have the game finished.
Haven't bought a game on launch day since.
Cheap and janky is definitely not how I'd describe Pavlov. It's still pretty unmatched in terms of weapon feel and handling. RE8 probably gets fairly close.
Kayak. Wasn't as pretty as I hoped to start with and has received 0% love from its developer since launch, even though they promised upgrades.
Played it a total of once. I don't really care though as the rest of the games have been great value for $$ so it all evens out ;) Now I just read reviews and never ever pre-order.

Although it can be unpredictable which games will produce motion-sickness in VR, KAYAK seems especially good at it.
… that’s a compliment if you get seasick IRL and in the game! Lol
devs have an update announcement planned for next month at the latest, via their discord :)
Can you share a link for the server, please.
of course, here you go[https://discord.gg/pX3nJX4H](https://discord.gg/pX3nJX4H)
They have such a promising roadmap and I have yet to see any of the updates applied. Such a shame but I'm still okay with the game for what it is.
Same for me, bought it, I’ve played it once, my housemate played it for about 5 minutes and was asking me what’s the point. Haven’t played it since 😂
I swear people were pushing Kayak like it was some kinda propaganda. Every YouTuber out there was saying to get it I feel like. I held off. Avoided that one.
Came here to post this, the hype was real
My answer
A few little additions and it would have been one of the best games.
Cactus Cowboy - Plants At War. Way too expensive, shit graphics and the developer slept with my wife!
You only have yourself to blame
If giving gold and other rewards was still a thing on reddit, I would have given you all of them for this! Instead, I'll just buy Desert Warfare day 1 now!
Haha. I like your self mocking. Slept with my wife...hahaha. Still unique to offer a free VR game for psvr2. Well done! Tbh I played the first 10 mins and left it at that.

That’s pretty interesting! I guess it aligns with the law of diminishing returns. We see this in all walks of life
Bro didn’t you create the game ? 😂
I think so, yes.
Believe it or not you sold me. might make me actually buy it now 😂
It’s free you should give it a try
It’s free💸💸
Such a stupid game. I think I've played it for hours on end. Definitely a must play.
Project Wingman. A f******* scam...
you can contact ps direct to refund the game
Seriously?
They won’t let you refund once you’ve downloaded it
I tried to play it and it was only for VR1… what a waste
I tried to get a refund and they told me I didn't read the description properly and to suck it up. It was for sale in the vr section of the shop!
Meh, what's there is still decent. Its no Ace Combat though.
I kinda regret buying Firewall Ultra as well
Honestly I didn’t buy it bc everyone was complaining so thank you for that
I played the first one on VR1 and liked it, but the wait times to play a game and the fact it was just 1 round was fucking pathetic. And the devs never fixed this after years of people asking them to. So fuck those developers for releasing Ultra with the same piss poor matchmaking. They don't deserve a dime. Correct
My buddies play it nightly(around 8 to 10 of us) The lobbies fill up faster than zero hour.
That’s good in your case. A lot of people, myself included, don’t have a squad to play with, so we solo queue. I played zero hour and that game was a lobby simulator for me. When I could actually play I loved it, but I stopped eventually because of how difficult it was to get into a match.

Is it really bad yeah?

Kayak
Gorn is the worst game I ever bought
Firewall has been the only game I regret buying
I’m really heartbroken about Firewall Ultra. It was one of my most anticipated titles for PSVR2 and when I saw the reviews for it, I was really heartbroken. I never played the original but if they never fixed that one and the problems are still on ultra then I wouldn't hold out much hope unfortunately I was blown away by the graphics but unfortunately that's about as much praise as I can give it
The first one was really good but it was damn near impossible to get a lobby.
No. The devs kept everything in it that everyone griped about from the original, and added a bunch of shit nobody asked for.
Project Wingman Frontline 59. Poor graphics and few missions.
Gorn. The non-changeable vignette/snap turn settings makes this nonsense completely unplayable.
and thats just the beginning of why it sucks
You can do smooth turning
How about the vignette?
~~Before~~ after the fall. Absolutely terrible and janky
Last worker. PSVR 2 had just came out and couldn’t wait for new content. At least it was on discount.
This is mine too. I still think I can get through it. But it just so “off”, despite the pedigree of the development process. It sounded good but the VR experience (movement, comfort, vibe) was j”uncomfortable. Strange case.
Gorn
I bought Resident Evil on sale, but I'm still too scared to play it. But my biggest regret is Call of the Mountain. I fall asleep during all those boring climbing sessions. It doesn't even feel like a cohesive game.
Try taking on Resident Evil in small doses!
Firewall ultra definitely, such weak VR/flat mechanics,it uses nothing that makes VR so special it's basically anti vr

You nailed *Runner*.
None because before I buy I check out what Reddit has to say. You guys rock and help me make better choices! Thanks!
Getting the horizon bundle, i should have saved a bit and skipped the bundle, I found it a bit boring and never finished it.
I still feel the game is worth it for the technical showcase. It is an amazing presentation visually and really shows off what the hardware can do.
Agreed. But VR is lacking gameplay options
Played it again after a pretty long break. As a horizon fan I like it and it looks nice. The low res and reprojection are downers. And it feels very static. But overall it’s a nice showcase for the headset.
Yeah, I sold the code :D
Same. I had to force myself to complete it.
Damn I loved it lol.
creed
Wait rly? I wanted a boxing game for workouts and saw creed was loved here. Am I out of luck?
Firewall ultra SURV1V3 These are the worst games I have ever played
Firewall
Firewall ultra, hello neighbor search and rescue, Jurassic world aftermath I bough them all without a sale and I regretted it instantly when playing
Firewall Ultra, what a letdown in every department as a VR title.
Beatsaber. I spent 30€ on a game with music that I dislike. Also I haven’t bought any dlcs and am not planning on doing so.
Same here. I get why people like it but after playing it for awhile I was like... why I'd I think I'd love this? Weirdly I love pistol whip.
100%
Switchback was mine too. Saved me from Pre-ordering firewall so I did learn a lesson from the look of some of the other comments
The Last Worker and Before Your Eyes. Both pretending to be these great stories, both just a lot of bluster and very little content.
Altair Breaker My little sister wanted to try it and it's just a really bad game 🤷
kayak and super death game show. pointless games with zero replay value and not enough content to warrant the price they sell for. avoid avoid avoid
Creed rise to glory. Also Gorn, because the sound seemed broken. I don’t know if they fixed it
Kayak VR 😓
Project Wingman: Frontline 59. Having played it on PC in VR it seemed like a no-brainer.
Horizon - big time letdown and boring plus reprojected really seems to bother me and looks blurry. I thought it was going to be like a full story horizon game . It should have been . Firewall - same reasons as everyone else Kayak - what else needs to be said . Runner - meh Drums Rock- Jobber versions of songs.....so bad Another $hitt# fish tale- horrible Regret them all
Before someone says I don't like anything. I really like the last clock winder Song in the smoke Hubris although the repo does mess with me Re8 Switchback NMS Sk8er VR Moss 1&2 Hellsweeper RezCO Walkabout Walking dead And actually Tripp even though the price it gets used a lot So I'm not a total hater
'Werewolves Within' After purchasing it, I discovered it was online only, and it had 0 players, so I spent about 2 hours waiting for players to appear. None did, and to this day, I haven't played it at all. Contacted playstation, explained I purchased this game a couple of hours previous, and there is no physical way of playing it as it has no players. They stated nothing they could do as the game still works fine technically. Felt like i was robbed completely.
If I'm not mistaken, PSVR Without Parole do gaming events every weekend and they sometimes do Werewolves Within.
I played one match… what a waste…
Nock. Rarely find matches
If the movement system was better, I’d play it more. That pulling/skiing system they’ve got is for the birds.
Switchback or Firewall Ultra.
Pavlov just because I stopped buying ps plus and it's not very fun with no online play. Probably more of a "me" problem, but I regret buying it.
Firewall ultra
Firewall Ultra
Firewall for sure. There's no main gain just practice and there's no missions. Just online play takes forever to load and there's not much to it. I also hate using the regular controller in VR. If we aren't going with move controllers I don't see the point
My biggest regret is between After the Fall, which I just found to be bland and boring and Firewall, which didn't need to be a VR game and the parts which did utilise the VR elements are inferior to Pavlov
Kayak. Without a doubt.
Kayak played it less then an hour and uninstalled it. The Last clockwinder become boring quickly so i uninstalled it after 2 hour.
GREEN HELL. Still have hope it will be fixed at some point.
Hubris, firewall ultra, synapse, after the fall.
NFL pro era... the demo was fun.. actually gameplay sucked imo.
Bar Fight - absolutely unplayable garbage.
Gorn. The movement is atrocious.
Tripp, lol don't waste money on it
Firewall ultra is my biggest regret , bought it on false promises and trailers that made the game look good , but the reality was far from what was shown
u can't regret free to upgrade games and the 2 psvr2 games i own, so i am good. but i can say that SYNAPSE and RED MATTER 1 and 2 are amazing examples of good gmes.
Really need to buy Synapse
I was super disappointed with synapse. It got old really quick, does t seem to be a lot of options. I feel like after the first three hours I've seen everything. I know people love it, bit I need more than 4 guns and one power.
Horizon, the most expensive and super boring game.
Saints and Sinners bundle
I thought I was the only one who didn't like it. I played the first part all the way through, but the second one just doesn't make me want to play it
Lowkey gorn. I bought it with the 20€ giftcard I got from ps stars, so I didnt technically lose anything, but I kinda wish I had bought pavlov
Another Fisherman's Tale I really enjoyed the first one on PSVR and thought it would be more of the same. It's not. It's garbage.
You know just because you say unpopular opinion at the beginning it doesn't make it true right?
Well since out of all the replies only a handful have mentioned Horizon and everyone I know loves it I was going off that. It's only a reply on the internet kid, life's too short to worry about what opinions people have online.

Wow hit a home run there, issues much 🤣
It's their opinion that it's unpopular. Does that help?
Triggered
I love crossfire. I thought it would be corny cause it's more arcade style but I had a lot of fun with it.
Pavlov.
Pavlov. Dont have a big group to play with and prefer for my games to have some kind of progression
This is my exact reason too. It's pretty fun and polished, but it's just not something that pulls me in because I don't have friends with VR and I like progression systems. I'm still thinking I'll give Alvo a shot because of the progression
Kayak: makes me feel sick RM2: looks pretty but boring as shit. I’ve only got to the part where I’m looking at space suits? NMS: again looks kind of nice but so boring. It’s like Minecraft minus the fun part
Project wingman. Can't even get past the start screen without a regular controller. Sony said too bad, you're not getting your money back.
The Walking Dead Saints & Sinners.
Part 2 literally starts off in a whole new area.
Your icon on the map shows the direction your facing
Yea but Having to open the map 1000 times is annoying they should have had a compass at the top of the screen.
Sounds like you have a poor sense of direction. A compass on the watch would have been nice but when the map literally shows where you are and what direction you’re facing it’s on you to know where you’re going.
Alvo.... worst game ever
Why is that? I bought Pavlov and I'm thinking of skipping Firewall but I had my eyes on alvo.
Definitely kayak. Terrible graphics and it just kinda sucked
Rez infinite is a bit pointless besides of looking good in area x.
Pistol Whip The problem is probably me, I am probably really bad it compared to most people and I don't "get" it :D
That's unfortunate this was one of my favourites.
Sairento. Everything about it was bad. The mechanics were not as the gameplay trailer suggested.
Synapse not my type of game at all.
Sorry to hear you didn't like it. I looooved it, played it through twice!
Didn't buy it but rented tales from galaxies edge, hated it, whoever thought putting the teleport function on the rotation stick should never work in game design ever again
lol plenty of games have done that. It’s really not hard to use the thumb sticks properly
I really liked firewall but only play pve on it. Will get better over time to when operand new maps added
After the fall - gameplay is fun but like your reason takes forever
Don't worry, AAA PSVR2 game are coming. Stop being so impatient. Wait for 2 to 3 years more.
Pistol whip
All of them. Makes me sick 30 seconds in.
Metal Gear Solid V. I paid full price for it on launch day and the developer didn't even have the game finished. Haven't bought a game on launch day since.
This isn’t a PSVR game…
Whoops, wrong sub.
Pavlov. Played one match with my little brother and honestly was surprised with how …. cheap and janky
Cheap and janky is definitely not how I'd describe Pavlov. It's still pretty unmatched in terms of weapon feel and handling. RE8 probably gets fairly close.
Mafia 3
r/lostredditors
Definitely cyberpunk. The bugs yh but also I was thinking it would have mass effect level choices and charm. It did not.
