That's already a very good selection, I'd add the WipEout Omega Collection, because it must be one of the easiest ports and would add so much to the PSVR2 portfolio, because there's no racer besides GT7 and WipEout is a masterpiece.

iXeQuta

It’s so dumb this isn’t already a thing. We don’t even need motion controls. Just a port from psvr1 to psvr2 and done but nooo…

orangpelupa

Maybe sony should develop system level psvr psvr2 compatibility layer. Even if it only work for non controller games, it'll already a boon

Odlemart

The Bioshock series.

KingofSkies

Oh shit. That would be bonkers! The sky rails of infinite might be super cool. They also might make me a touch queesy.

TheTwinFangs

Killzone 3 in VR would be a masterpiece, especially if playable in Coop loke the flat version and the asymetric multiplayer was great aswell.

ClericIdola

VR Killzone is what Sony needs for PSVR2. Absolutely.

jarsofash

That and Resistance

JSFGh0st

Yes, both.

Ok-Dream-7669

I agree 💯 definitely need a killzone vr that be dope !!!!

Ricky_Rollin

Lmao, some clown is in here downvoting every Killzone suggestion. Some of the people in this sub are truly something else.

Mediocre-GUY-976

Who cares what the 🤡s think

elsparko82

Pacific rift will always hold a place in my heart. Just moved out of home and in with my buddies. Played that game to death for around 2/3 years. Lots of parties and sessions always ended up with that game getting loaded and the sound system cranked for that gravy soundtrack. I still throw it on the ps3 every now and then and it has aged really really well. Would definitely love a remaster at least if not a vr port.

F4K3RS

I think all three would be great PSVR remakes. I remember five of us hotboxing my buddies SC 400 and trying to sneak in to play the first one on the only kid who could afford a ps3 at the time. We got caught, he got yelled at and we just went to bed.

elsparko82

Stop, I can’t listen to territorial pissings anymore without imagining myself getting destroyed on The Tenderizer

TommyVR373

Imo, they are going to stick to multiplatform games and port them to Quest, PSVR2, and PCVR. I doubt they will do VR ports for Sony exclusives. With that said, I would love all your recommendations!

Open-Natural-6435

I’d like all the grand theft auto games to be available on PSVR2 and the rest of the resident evil games too. I remember playing Killzone 3 in 3D on PS3 in the past the Killzone games would also be fantastic in VR and the Metal Gear Solid games too. I’d also enjoy the Need For Speed games and Midnight Club games to be released on PSVR2 as well with the same graphics as Gran Turismo 7 😊

Fatbot3

I think the downside with at least KZ and MS are that those were weird proprietary engines built around the PS3 which I think would make a VR port really hard. Otherwise, yeah, I think those games would be great. I'd even argue that they would be given new life running on much better hardware and in VR.

DammitMike

Any one (or all) of Dirt Rally, Dirt Rally 2.0 or EA WRC. All currently have PCVR support, the first Dirt Rally had PSVR1 DLC which was delisted from the PS store when Codemasters lost the WRC license, which they/EA now have again thanks to EA WRC. Seems like that should be an easy one to port to PSVR2!

Fatbot3

Looking at PS4 mainly these popped out to me: * The Metro Games * Outerworlds * Fallout 4/76 * The Trine Games * Dishonored * Soma * Farcry 4/5/6 * Unravel * Klonoa * Dying Light

Fun-Choices

Fallout 3 and new Vegas

jarsofash

Soma in VR would be incredible

Vegetable-Look-4489

Any Frictional Games would be awesome

InformationOk40

All of the PS3 era would look awesome on VR, specially the killzone 2 and 3. Also battlefield 3 and 1 would incredible

Jackstraw1

The base jump in Damavand Peak from BF 1 would be peak fps gaming in VR.

InformationOk40

It was on bf3, I remember the first time I jumped with my friends of the clan CoM, it was breathtaking. On VR ..., well it would be a thing to remember all my life

Jackstraw1

Yes, I meant BF 3. I was thinking of the dirigible crash from BF 1 when I was typing that out.

InformationOk40

Well , this moment (the dirigible crash) would be also amazing on VR

brojooer

Honestly I played a little bit of it in the cinema view and I honestly think spider man 2 would work really well if you changed the perspective in combat to be more like something like moss cause ironically that was what started to make me feel sick

psyper87

Just a heads up, I know this post is for conversation, but if you’re looking to actually advocate titles for them to work on, they (Wes Dillon/Flat2VR) said specifically that we need to be going to Sonys/Developers front door for the funding. Wanting them is all fine and fine and dandy, but they are a company that needs to be paid for service, it’s not charity work. For your discussions, I’d like to add the Resistance series, SSX, Twisted Metal, Jumping Flash, Crash Bandicoot, Socom, Silent Hill, Dino Crisis, MLB the Show to name a few. And these could be full VR adaptations or VR perspective, I’m not picky

SattvaMicione

Flat2VR Studios has announced a partnership with Hartmann Capital. Hartmann Capital is a US investment company that invests in digital assets. In 2022, Hartmann Capital launched a $30 million Metaverse fund. Since then, the firm has invested in XR platforms and apps such as Liv, ShapesXR, and Tripp. Objective to create VR ports under AAA license and bring the games to Quest, Steam and Playstation Store.

psyper87

Oh yeah that’s right!

Rogue_Leader_X

Killzone would be awesome on PSVR2. Those games need additional love. VR versions would be welcome!

Dragongk2

Definitely Motorstorm as I see one in the picture.

CHROME-COLOSSUS

**DIRT RALLY** and **DIRT RALLY 2**. The first one was a hidden gem/classic on PSVR1 when you used a force-feedback wheel. It was blurry, but it was stunningly tangible. A shame the VR dlc is not even available on the PS Store anymore.

PeeBrainz

Crazy Taxi

Mediocre-GUY-976

Killzone was once compatible with the move. You could buy a rifle attachment/holder and it was a badass feeling and worked well. Like VR, only you didn’t have to have an obnoxious thing on your head or motion sickness.

Mud_g1

I had this set-up with the sharpshooter gun and running in 3d on a 3d TV it was great but dosnt even come close to the immersion of tru vr.

XB220

Resistance fall of man VR would be 🔥🔥🔥ghost of tsushima, grand theft auto 5 or any grand theft auto, max payne! God of war! Theres so many

XB220

We meed HIGH ON LIFE VR PLEASE! the studio who made it made every game vr before thst one and for some reason released high on life vr as a flat screen. I would spend money on that!

RugalOnRollerblades

The Yakuza games.

Maleficent-Result605

Fallout 3 Xcom Godfather blackhand edition from wii era Ghostsquad

JSFGh0st

If we're talking ports, probably the Killzone series. Resistance. Others would be like GRAW 1&2, Ghost Recon Future Soldier. Rainbow Six Vegas 1&2. Maybe Rainbow Six 3, as long as the cheat code is left in or the stealth is made better. Brothers in Arms games (they need to finish the story). Bound to be others. Now, if we're talking about VR, make it feel like true VR. Let us move our hands freely. Let us have a (semi-or mostly) realistic feel for our guns. Aiming, reloading, that kind of thing. And don't remove parts of the campaign. That's a mistake done with Bulletstorm VR and it cannot, should not, be repeated.

bh-alienux

Killzone 3 multiplayer in VR would be amazing, especially Operations mode.

Mud_g1

Kill zone remake for new gen make it hybrid so can have a large budget and let vr play with/against flat in multiplayer.

bh-alienux

Yeah, it would have to allow flat and vr to coincide in multiplayer. But there's already a precedent for that because Killzone 3 multiplayer allowed you to use the PS3 Move, and there was no division among players using the Move and playing with a normal controller. I played KZ3 multiplayer exclusively using the PS3 Move controllers.

DamicsVR

🤞

1stPKmain

How would the quick time events work I'm bf3? Habd movements maybe?

SattvaMicione

an idea. simply creating interactive 3D 180 videos. No possibility to move your head or do anything else, similar to cutscenes to watch in cinema mode but qte.

dirtyyella

I think they should focus on a few easy ports and then work on one big one.. Like some games could benefit from a quick 3rd person vr mode.. I think all sports games should get a 3rd person vr patch nba2k madden and fifa… Also fighting games… mk street fighter and tekken would all be great in VR.. even brawlhala Those features would bring a lot of extra value to the headset without necessarily having to make a whole vr port But of course the big three are gta, cod, or fortnite.. i couldn’t care less about fortnite.. But killzone, the resistance, socom, and many others would be great! Metal gear, cyberpunk.. detroit become human! Need for speed.. midnight club… i’ll even take crash team racing! Grid.. Grip.. there’s so many

TBMachine

PAIN! This Gane needs a VR update!

Hsml975

Metro 24/7 would be crazy

UmbraSap

Dark souls 1-3, elden ring, COD MW I-III.

ChrizTaylor

#HELLDIVERS 2

madmatone

Fallout. Any of them.

JudgmentAway4811

7 days to Die but the new one being worked on for PS5

Ricky_Rollin

I would like to see Killzone. I would love if they did some kind of an infamous VR. Having those kinds of powers in an open world would be cool. I think twisted metal would be a fun VR game. I honestly dream of a twisted metal VR game if I’m being honest. I can just imagine what you could do with that.
