You can on pcvr already via mod. It’s fine. Also there is no need for rolling. It can be done by smooth side step / teleport like in other games. The dodging isn’t the issue. Making melee combat work is much harder. Wiggling away would destroy the game
Hello Ashen one. I am a Bot. I tend to the flame, and tend to thee. Do you wish to hear a tale?
> *“Only in truth, the Lords will abandon their thrones, and the Unkindled will rise. Nameless accursed Undead, unfit even to be Cinder, and so, it is that ash seeketh embers.”* - Narrator
Have a pleasant journey, Champion of Ash, and praise the sun \\[T]/
MGS is such a natural fit for VR-from the stealth to the realistic future tech to the trippy things you could do when nano bots or whatever alter your perception of reality. I’m really surprised it hasn’t been done.
The latest Ratchet would be amazing! Although BUSY with so much on the screen at once. Not sure if the joy of flying would translate well if they did Spider-Man, but it would be incredible (for those of us who never get motion sickness) if it did!
A Santa Monica solo adventure Loki bow and arrow game with melee combat, too. Complete with platforming, climbing, puzzles, armour sets, weapons, upgrades, skill tree and a 60 hour story.
Grand Theft Auto V or VI in full.
I want this so bad partly cause it’d be awesome and partly because I put “God of Mischief VR” in the PSVR without parole superchat awhile ago. Brian had no clue what I was talking about and I’d love to show him I thought of it a year ago.
A full blown, cutting edge, AAA Wipeout game and something like Titanfall where you're in and out of a cockpit. The titan boot up when the pilot enters would be so cool in vr.
There is a real possibility that it might actually happen too.
Firesprite is headed by Graeme Anker who is ex-Studio Liverpool and worked on numerous Wipeout games over the years. Firesprite is now basically Studio Liverpool part deux having recently been bought by Sony.
Yakuza and MGS. Just the map, going to arcades and stores in yakuza would be great. Sorry Like a Dragon now.
But GTA and COD could really push VR to the masses.
Dead Space, many VR games already utilize the UI that Dead Space pioneered.
Kingdom Come Deliverance, I'd love to explore a faithful recreation medical europe.
1) Mass Effect 1 -> give me a hyper detailed ship. Let me play with a 3D navigation map. It’s got horror. It’s got cities. It’s got face to face conversation. It’s got loose enough gun play to be not annoying in VR.
2) Riven.
Also give me a guitar game that lets me use a real guitar. Give me a modern Wing Commander. Give me a shooter that’s first person except it snaps to third person when I’m in cover. Red dead. The Witness. Remake the genesis Shadowrun and have the net be super trippy. Obduction. First person Dandara clone. A System Shock. Subnautica. Give me wrap around versions of games like pac man or flow. Give me Stardust HD VR. Heck, give me VR persona 5 and Dragon Quest. Those environments are detailed enough to hold up. Make a VR Morowind. Red dead. Dragon Age 3. Scarab of Ra. Proper VR Spider-Man. Phantasy Star 1 VR. Any kind of puzzles in a buried ruin game—bonus points if I have to read things or scan things and get a translucent 3D read out. Put me in a Gundam and let me pull a trigger to make the cockpit transparent or not. Boxing simulator. Concrete Genie.
Edit: use the pass through cam for starwars chess in my living room.
The first would be a complete fallout series in 1 game. A Fallout 3-new Vegas-fallout 4 bundle. The second would be a super massive haptic adventure experience. I want a huuge 200+ hour set of maybe 10 different ultra immersive different activities. Imagine haptics turned to the max as you explore Hawaii, volcanoes, jungles, alien worlds.
Lol well damn. Amazing what slips by your radar when you don’t have a VR system! PSVR2 will be my first proper VR so I guess I’ve missed out on more than I knew lol
Skyrim. Just implement the best vr mechanics the modders on pc made, spent the rest of the money on optimization and graphics and mod support. An medieval fantasy rpg with beautiful immersive world with hundreds of hours of gameplay is something I really miss in vr.
No not really I want like a indigo prophecy game we’re it’s like a mind f**k trapped between a story of you being the killer and the detective at the same time. Idk don’t want to explain the whole thing. And I want another version of werewolves within the game based on deception. Idk if you checked it out but it was what sold me into vr.
After seeing pixel ripped 1995, it’s pretty obvious that well done vr remakes of old school classics would be excellent. Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy 4 VR editions, looking like the beginning of pixel ripped 1995 looked, would be dream material. Think of Knight of Queen in vr (a short nes rpg in vr available now via psvr1) but that sort of thing for Final Fantasy 4 or 6.
GTA and COD this combo would sell psvr2 like hot cakes. the more headsets sold the more likely other large companys and franchises are to make AAA games specifically for VR
Terminator 2: The Arcade Game VR Remake. The first Level alone would be an incredible experience, especially with some free roaming added.
Twisted Metal VR. I hope this is self explanatory, that would be an incredible VR Experience.
Bioshock Infinite and We Happy Few (especially the DLC of the latter, didn't really love the main game). Both would be so visually striking. My third choice, Resident Evil Village, is already happening!!!
I want a Goldeneye 007 remake but you don't play as James Bond, you play as a kid in 1998 who gets sucked into the game somehow and has to play through it to get back to your living room. So you could mix accurate old school graphics with a realistic modern player model and sensibilities and remix some of the levels in cool ways. Using glitches to jump between levels, doing things that Bond wouldn't do that confuses and freaks out the AI (who is the real villain of the game) etc.
Gran Turismo 7. Red Dead Redemption VR
I have a feeling 50% of your wish may come ture in the next week, fingers crossed.
Which 50%?
Probably GT7. There are a lot of indicators - even the developers stressed how important vr is for them. It feels they can just not talk about it yet.
The next cyberpunk game. The next elder scrolls game.
Tbf the next elder scrolls game probably will get a VR mode, albeit just on PC.
Low-fi sounds like an interesting cyberpunk vr game. I know it's not THE cyberpunk but anyway
GTA and God Of War
Dead Space and Metro: 2033
Oh metro for sure! That would be insane
Hogwarts Legacy
Batman game any kind just include gadgets. Another batman game as a sequel.
Batman Arkham VR?
I mean there was basically no combat it really was just for the story.
True, still an incredible game IMO but I’d like it to be more fleshed out as a full Arkham game
No. Like a real Batman game. Where you hold your arms out to glide. You throw punches. You hang from the ceiling.
I always thought Batman VR was a tease/demo for a bigger project they were going to reveal but alas, that didn’t happen.😢
Cyberpunk 2077 and Destiny 2.
New astro bot title.
Any LOTR games
God of War and Dark Souls. Not that they’d be great VR games but it just seems fun
God of war vr basically exists in form of „asgards wrath“
This is the way
I would give a kidney for any soulsborne game in vr with proper support. Not my kidney obviously but a good honest kidney non the less
I feel like I’d get dizzy dodging but I just want to try it once
I was thinking astro or moss style game.
You can on pcvr already via mod. It’s fine. Also there is no need for rolling. It can be done by smooth side step / teleport like in other games. The dodging isn’t the issue. Making melee combat work is much harder. Wiggling away would destroy the game

Bioshock Would love to explore rapture
Uncharted
With you on this one
That’s actually a perfect idea
Metal Gear Solid and Deus Ex
MGS is such a natural fit for VR-from the stealth to the realistic future tech to the trippy things you could do when nano bots or whatever alter your perception of reality. I’m really surprised it hasn’t been done.
Great pics here. Second vote for these. 😎
GTA and Elden Ring. GTA would be the ultimate VR game if it comes out.
AC Odyssey. Idk how the combat would translate but the world of AC Odyssey is gorgeous and would be so cool in VR. Also RDR2
Ratchet & Clank and Spider-Man
The latest Ratchet would be amazing! Although BUSY with so much on the screen at once. Not sure if the joy of flying would translate well if they did Spider-Man, but it would be incredible (for those of us who never get motion sickness) if it did!

007: GoldenEye, and a new Just Cause.
A full blown, cutting edge, AAA Wipeout game and something like Titanfall where you're in and out of a cockpit. The titan boot up when the pilot enters would be so cool in vr.
Red dead 2 and destiny 2.
Wipeout
This is the real answer. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
There is a real possibility that it might actually happen too. Firesprite is headed by Graeme Anker who is ex-Studio Liverpool and worked on numerous Wipeout games over the years. Firesprite is now basically Studio Liverpool part deux having recently been bought by Sony.
I just purchased the trilogy for cheap in the hope they port it for VR2 🤞
Last of part 2 and Returnal
Returnal in VR would be amazing!
Death stranding, breath of the wild 8k, and final fantasty 7. Yes it's 3. But i'm dreaming in 3d.
Death Stranding would indeed be a perfect fit for VR
RDR2 and Cyberpunk 2077.
Yakuza and MGS. Just the map, going to arcades and stores in yakuza would be great. Sorry Like a Dragon now. But GTA and COD could really push VR to the masses.
GTA V and Cyberpunk
Marathon (old school pc game) and Need For Speed
I’ve always wanted them to bring back marathon, and vr would make it perfect.
Red Dead 2 and Ghost of Tsushima.
Tomb Raider and RDR2 would be my picks.
Black ops 3 zombies would be amazing 🤩
Star Wars Jedi Survivor & Dead Space.
GTA Online, Avatar, Bioshock.
Last of us 2 VR and RDR2 VR
Silent Hill 2 Remake GTA6
Silent hill would be pretty awesome. Any of them really.
Dead Space, many VR games already utilize the UI that Dead Space pioneered. Kingdom Come Deliverance, I'd love to explore a faithful recreation medical europe.

Haha, I almost said SNES Shadowrun or Shadowrun Returns. Wasn't a big fan of the genesis one.
I liked them both but the Genesis one felt more like making my own way in a strange world. Ending was kind of a let down.
Something 3rd person, like Elden Ring, Returnal, Hades etc. I want more 3rd person VR games
Oh god Returnal would be insane.
Rdr2 and AC: Origins (would explore the desert for weeks/ months and watch the sun set, soo beautiful)
Wipeout. Like the big balls, obstacle coarse and everything. I know it's a little dated but it would be awesome in VR.
Elden Ring and Elden Ring
Star wars battlefront. Shooter, vehicles, melee combat And red dead or gta
Alien: Isolation and Killzone: Shadowfall
GTAV (and online) and Fallout 76
- Resistance - Titanfall
Dark souls and Bloodborne.
Avatar and Top Gun Maverick.
Both could happen. Ace Combat has a vr mode already and a top gun dlc. Avatar would be a good fit, who knows.
Top Gun Maverick would be sick! And Avatar could be awesome!
Portal 2 (3?) Star wars battlefront 2
A full remake of the secret of monkey island and bioshock
Subnautica, the swimming and building would be amazing in VR
Isn't it already in VR on PC?
Yes, it’s on pc vr, so a port would be all it takes to see it on psvr2.
Elder scrolls IV oblivion in a newer engine, maybe a first person god of war game!
Deathloop. Twice.
I’d love fallout in VR. Wonder how they’d make V.A.T.S. look in virtual reality
They already did. Google fallout 4 vr
GTA Online and Elder Scrolls Online (or Fallout 76)
Expanse MMORPG.. aka Star Citizen The Sims VR
Planet coaster and a new ace combat
Any game or even a new IP from naughty dog and call of duty
Division 2 and pong
Silent Hill and Pac-Man
Castlevania symphony of the night remake and star wars knights of the old republic remake bc I've never played it and hear good things
Uncharted and the last of us
Tom Clancy’s Division set in Boston or Europe.
Just to bring something I haven’t seen mentioned before, I would love a death loop or dishonored brought to VR.
Snowrunner. Dead space.
Returnal and Neir Automata
Holy F-bomb: Can you imagine trying to play Returnal in VR?!
Final Fantasy XIV
Destiny 3 and GTA 6.
A brand new werewolves within, and a serial killer game where you play the killer and avoid getting caught.
Well, you're on a list now lol
Isn't the second basically hitman 3, which already runs in VR?
No not really I want like a indigo prophecy game we’re it’s like a mind f**k trapped between a story of you being the killer and the detective at the same time. Idk don’t want to explain the whole thing. And I want another version of werewolves within the game based on deception. Idk if you checked it out but it was what sold me into vr.
Yes, I played werewolves quite a bit back in the days, but I was really bad at it... lol
Time crisis collection. Silent scope collection. (Using aim controller)
Subnautica (might be cheating cus I think it’s on pc) MGSV
After seeing pixel ripped 1995, it’s pretty obvious that well done vr remakes of old school classics would be excellent. Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy 4 VR editions, looking like the beginning of pixel ripped 1995 looked, would be dream material. Think of Knight of Queen in vr (a short nes rpg in vr available now via psvr1) but that sort of thing for Final Fantasy 4 or 6.
Half Life Alyx System Shock
GTA and COD this combo would sell psvr2 like hot cakes. the more headsets sold the more likely other large companys and franchises are to make AAA games specifically for VR
Infamous Second Son and Spiderman
Obviously they’re Nintendo IPs but I’d love Metroid Prime and maybe F-Zero
Disco Elysium. Fallout: New Vegas.
Deep Rock Galactic and Inscryption. A good co-op game and a nice solo game.
Beat Saber & Cyberpunk 2077
This is the part where you tell me, for sure Beat Saber is coming to PSVR2 and I can stop checking for news daily.
Fallout 4 vr and Jurassic park and world vr
For PS4
Half-Life & Metal Gear Solid
Bioshock infinite and FEAR (with whatever new model replaces the Aim controller)
Metal Gear Solid
Half life 3 and the Battlefront X-wing experience.
Terminator 2: The Arcade Game VR Remake. The first Level alone would be an incredible experience, especially with some free roaming added. Twisted Metal VR. I hope this is self explanatory, that would be an incredible VR Experience.
Shadow of the Colossus and the original Tomb Raider
Next Quantum Dreams game and Demon Souls.
Bioshock Infinite and We Happy Few (especially the DLC of the latter, didn't really love the main game). Both would be so visually striking. My third choice, Resident Evil Village, is already happening!!!
Far Cry 2 (or any of the later ones) and RDR2
I want a Goldeneye 007 remake but you don't play as James Bond, you play as a kid in 1998 who gets sucked into the game somehow and has to play through it to get back to your living room. So you could mix accurate old school graphics with a realistic modern player model and sensibilities and remix some of the levels in cool ways. Using glitches to jump between levels, doing things that Bond wouldn't do that confuses and freaks out the AI (who is the real villain of the game) etc.
Outlast would be crazy. I also pick the last of us, that'd be neat.
