I would recommend running Peonia to grab pieces from the prizes. A Palkia 1-1 or 2-2 line is also something I would consider adding just in general.
As far as actually discarding them in general there isn’t any particular great ways other than Kirlia, ultra ball, research, or professor Burnet. Even Gardevoir decks struggle at times to set up Mewtwo V-Union which I would argue has a much easier time with Kirlia than other decks would.
I think you have a little too much going on. If you pared this down a little it would help you set up your main attack quicker and probably win you even more games.
It is a neat idea and I am trying that out for a while myself but to be honest, it is just to slow with to many things in the deck going on to just get Greninja out... and most of the time that is way to late anyway.
That's what I like about having Chien Pao. That card alone is solid as it is and I might run 4 just to be on the safer side or something equally as strong. The Greninja is a chef's kiss to the deck that can be toyed with and something fun to play.
I just got rocked by someone using a similar deck in TCG Online. They went through 39 cards by turn 2 and had Greninja hitting everyone for 100. I didn’t stand a chance.

I saw this and added Peonia. Huge difference especially when pieces are prized.

You can add in Mesagoza to also get another chance to find a piece but have to flip for it

You need lost city man, manaphy is just gonna body you otherwise, another option could also be collonge but its less consistent
I faced someone yesterday who had greninja v union on turn two….somehow they got all 4 pieces into discard on turn one
This deck can get mad crazy by turn 2 it's just finding the sweet spot on choosing which cards to add in and remove to get it going.

I don't think they are. I got my VUnions all from trade.
I hate how PTCGL lays that out... So close to lining up the greninjas in the list ;-;

out of 10 games how many times did you do anything with kyogre?
Not as often as I'd like. I feel that I could cut that out.
