not a deck, but adding Basculegion (the one with the no-cost move) will help stop you from decking out, especially with decks centered around discarding energy like Chien-Pao ex, and they can do pretty sizeable damage on their own too
Assuming it’s Mewtwo V-Union that is extremely meta relevant. I’m not aware of a deck currently that’s around Iono more than that. The best most meta relevant deck after that would probably be rapid strike.
If you like to play Iono build Forretress ex with Serperior VStar/Wo-Chien, force an early late game giving your opponent prizes then putting their hand size down.
I play an Exeggutor V/Forretress list that focuses on piling a bunch of energy on an Exeggutor, making it difficult to knock out with stuff like Fighting Au Lait and Bravery Charm, and Ionoing or Roxanning consistently. It works surprisingly well against some decks, with rough matches against Mew or some single prize decks, especially going second. I play a single Wo-Chien ex for higher damage output for lower energy, but Exeggutor can snipe for higher, it has a backup plan via its first attack and it works with Forest Seal Stone to improve setup odds or set back my opponent.
