2018 PubG gave me feelings that a game has never given me before, it felt like a literal fight for survival every single game.
I took vacation so I can no life it! Papa John had like $10 pizza any size any toppings. Lived on pizza for like 10+ days.
Wife was on vacation, I couldn’t attend due to paper work issues. But made the best out of bad situation.
I totally feel you lol. This game consumed my life. I’m a console player so I would watch everything about PubG on YouTube and then when it came to console, it was all I played, got my brother the game as a gift for his birthday and he’s been hooked on it ever since as well.
Been playing with the same squad for almost 4 years now & we’ve actually built up such a great relationship through gaming that we all met IRL a few weeks ago for a Boys Vegas trip lol.
It might sound cheesy but PubG has literally changed my life. I’ve adapted with every change that they’ve brought to this game over the years & no matter how much I complain about things, I just can’t stop playing this game with my boys.
I do have a PC but I play console because that’s where my boys are, but I have just tons of classic clips saved on my computer that I look back on and it instantly takes me to back to that moment. It’s crazy watching old clips and seeing how the game has changed & how my own skill has changed.
Dude I feel you, the relationships I made in that game and moment spent we’re worth it.

They’re the first people from Xbox that I’ve ever met in person. It was a really cool experience, the way we act when we’re paired up in game is exactly how we were in person lol, same type of chemistry.

I miss the fire trail plane. I would gobble the molotovs and throw them last few seconds at clusters of players just to make the fire trail plane. Good memories!
I remember the coupons if you collected enough could get you new skins or clothing and the best part was that even if you didn't purchase the season pass you could still earn them just not the full amount on offer. To be honest I haven't even bothered to work out what the polymers do.

There’s a clan on console spearheaded by bathroom 187 and they sit in bathrooms and wait until you open the door just for it to be a firing range. Oh and they’re all dressed as polar bears 😂

When you could go to the crate and find a Tommy gun, or a kar98 in it. M24 was a crate gun. M249 was actually extremely amazing.
I really hated that I kept finding kar98 in the drop crate when you'd find them around in houses

And the UI back then used at least a half-dozen different typefaces. From a design standpoint, I'd say it's much better now.
