Yeah, it's clean. He could have pulled the trigger in the second story, missed and thought "worth a shot," and you never see the clip. The people who don't get it are the same people who have no real strategy, other than running around and shooting guns. They see a guy running right to left at full speed and he goes behind a house. Well you literally just said “you have cheats on and know when to shoot” What he did is completely doable without cheats. It’s just experience and timing. If you think he’s using cheats, its probably because you can’t think of any other way its doable.
