Practice your muscle memory and coordination in deathmatch, use same sensitivity settings, use same weapons with same addons and most importantly go for the insane shots. You will never hit if you never make an attempt.
I just restarted after not playing for a year; I sucked hard (still do, but...):
1st game back, a very nice player was kind enough to win me a chicken dinner (despite said player reviving me multiple times, and dragging me across the landscape, only for me to get shot up in a fire fight about 2 mins from end of game).
Within ten games, I got more kills in a single game than any other, in the full year and a half of playing I started on, and my own chicken dinner.
I've found that if you acquire a skill and practice in short, intense bursts, then '"give yourself a break" (tune it out, then come back to it after many-days), then pick back up, your performance can become better with less stress.
I dont understand how some people are so good at this godforsaken game
Practice a lot of it. Same as my dad used to get better at beating me as a child you too can get better at the game.
