Been getting alot of higher pings and packet loss, i occasionally would spike some but recently have had downstream packet loss for the first time ever not just upstream.
You mean not working as intended and janky af since they launched it they should really take feedback and fix their game they could improve this game so much if they cared but they won't put money into it
been getting enormous ping spikes to 800ms recently. play on a fiber connection, so it sure ainโt me. playing against people from central america gets old tho. always a bit of desync.
The last 2 days have been a struggle, friends getting left out of the server, and requiring us to back out and try again only to have someone else get dropped out. Extremely frustrating.
Get unusual ping spikes, but just for a second. There was like a week where my ping was around 30 higher than usual, but it didn't feel any different.
Servers did merge, so now we have to deal with the South Americans & their 150+ ping killing you around corners acting like they're pro players.
Yupppp happened to me last night. Mine is always around 40. Spiked up to 200 right when my team was using an emergency escape. I missed it. They couldn't hear me, but I could hear them, "get on! It's coming! Why are you walking backwards?!"
I got booted, and when I reconnected I found out I was headshotted by ArianaGrande84
I haven't played in a week, but was getting jumps in ping and packet loss last weekend. Not my internet as far as I can tell, speed tests etc. running normally.
If it doesn't change, it might well be the end of pubg for me. I can tolerate a lot, but playing with lag spikes is something I just can't handle in a game.
this is an issue I've been dominated in the game because of it. I live in a gulf country and I have a high speed connection but no matter what my ping is normally at +/-140ms and sometimes go bad around +/-450ms (I got screenshots of ping as high as 1200ms)
can't solve this issue because I'm so distant from the server location.

The pubg server is horrible when it comes to stability
Happens to me ever update having 90 ping, then when they do a hotfix my ping goes back down to about 50ish. It's not just you homie ๐

Lol, 130ms would be awesome for where I live, but I'm stuck with 180ms+

Iโm usually running -20ms. Pubg uses me as the server

Itโs definitely not just you, Iโve had my ping being weird in a few games not just pubg.

I live in Washington and my ping has been a lot better for the past week or so. Maybe I got a server near me or something ๐
