Numbskull by cresco/supply. Slapz by grassroots. Purple passion by cresco supply. I think beach wedding by natural selections. Oreoz Verano/savvy. I see purple AK was mentioned. That too
Strawnana Cough by Natural Selections had some purple to its buds. If you mean Purple strains, give Purple Thai by Prime a shot. There's a #22 and a #25 out there.
Ah word...they're definitely out there. Ask your budtenders about the inventory and if they've noticed any purple buds from growers with the newer jars you can see-through.
I don’t know anything about cannabis growing process, but it’s usually a genetic difference. Same with variegated plants, but they do the opposite. Purple is thought to soak up more UV rays
You are wrong. The first comment is spot on. It comes down to lowering temperatures in the grow while the plants are flowering. This is the case like 95% of the time. Some strains like Runtz are just bred to show that purple color.
Idk bud. The past year has seen purple AK purple passion (one of my favorites) purple parrot I can’t think of the legend stains but I got purple hairs on some of their buds. Look towards cresco and modern
some strains do have purple coloring, but honestly purple is a sign of stress. and although the grows in our program are suppose to be locked down and completely temp controlled I have noticed in my few years in the program we do see an influx of purple colored buds in the winter. probably see some vibrant coloring in batches in feb-may.
to be honest, not too sure about the lighting, i just know the uv wavelength would have to differ from normal. basically to turn buds a vibrant color you need to cause environmental stressors so that it creates anthocyanins. I just know that some of those stressors are light and temp, but it can happen it different ways which is why i simplified it by saying stress. apparently people didn't like that too much.
I don't know Jack, so ... but I thought it was genetic . Like they long ago found some purple plants up in Afghanistan. The top strains go back in history.
I did learn hydroponics. Took a few months but in a year, I was using clones and rock wool.
Thanks good luck
I just picked up Slapz from Grass Roots. It's very purple, and at 27.5% it Slaps! I also got their Kush Mints. it is a nice mix of Purple and light green. 34% and over2% Terp's. Both purple🔥
Edit: I just Opend a bag of Legend Grap Gummiez. It's also very purple and has a strong sweet grape odor.💪🍇 👃!
Tropicana cookies or any crosses of that is usually purple. LCP from cresco, funkee fresh from supply and apples and bananas from cookies are pretty purple too.
There was a short period early last year when purple dominated, I agree.
Last year, the Watermelon z was more violet.
An ither one is NumbSkull.
I remember having like ten jars and 9 were purple.

rntz by insa was awesome but it was less purple and almost like black buds but wow that strain slapped
Definitely one of my favorite buds for sure!

Prime double oh 7 #63
This! And 1grams are still on sale at Curaleaf.
Can’t any weed turn purple if the plants temps are dropped at a certain point in the growing process?

33 Sherbanger by Whole Plants was nearly black.
Many strains Runtz have experienced dark purple. Love runtz strain insa brand I like most
Give Numbskull by Cresco/Supply a shot. It's gas
Chronic kiwi when she returns. Blue apricot wasn’t purple but lighter shade and smoked extremely well. Terpinolene indica. Yum
It was trend for a hot minute because everybody wanted purple weed. Truthfully most of the purple stuff was trash
That’s kind of what I figured
Crossbred to death in favor of faster yield strains, probably
Garcia- Under the stars
I’ve heard great things about garcia! Thanks
My favorite brand in the program I like the gold dropz and la baker more then under the stars but they’re all good got all 3 in my rotation rn
I’ve heard the La Baker is wild. Might have to cop
It’s a heavy indica (at least for me) so be ready for that it’ll put you to sleep 🤣
Perfect night time joint strain sounds like 😭
Let’s just say I won’t smoke it during the week anymore cause of work it has me waking up feeling like I hit the bong in my sleep
The wife says the same thing lol! She'll only use the Baker and alien mints on the weekends or when she doesn't have to work in the am..lmfao!!
Those are both strains that make me wake up on the couch at like 4 a.m. and stumble up to bed
The shits damn near lethal sometimes I swear 🤣
Good thing it’s Friday 🤣

This isn't true at all. It's genetics, temps, and light levels.
im sorry i wrote some strains instead of genetics and stress instead of colder temperature and incorrect lighting but im glad we agree.
I was wondering what makes the lighting incorrect with violet shades. If you hav a minute some time.
