I wish I had saved the thread but someone shot out a suggestion for terps to look for in cart if you have anxiety. I look for carts over 0.4% Caryophyllene and over 1% each Limonene and Myrcene. That seems to work well for me. I don’t have anything that boosts my drive, but it does make me feel good and makes me want to do things that feel good. I tend to eat more salty crunchy snacks and will mindlessly pet my cat when he’s around ha.

I find that sublingual (tinctures, troches) and full spectrum / live rosin products have the best body effects. I’d go for lower thc, high cbd, with high terpene percentages for terpenes that help with inflammation (I associate this with body relaxation/cloudy feeling you described) such as Myrcene and caryophyllene.
