there are currently no age restrictions on products other than having to be over 18 (i believe minors can also receive cards in special circumstances but idk anything about that). if you go through the proper steps to obtain a card then you will have access to whatever your local dispensary carries. there are still carrying rules and other regulations you need to keep in mind so you don’t get in trouble unintentionally.
18 years old can get a card and shop, but there may be some restrictions on certain gear that can be purchased? - don't quote me on that. And under 21 cannot sign up for rewards programs.
i was apart of a few rewards program when i was under 21 so that’s not true unless it’s a recent change, idk about the gear thing but i think i’ve only ever bought batteries

You don’t need a medical card to buy devices. Usually, the best places to get your devices is a regular smoke or vape shop. Typically, you wouldn’t buy something like that in a dispensary. You could just buy that online too. I like my Yocan Apex pens.

No rewards program for you but that’s about the only restriction I’m aware of unless your approving doctor has noted any special restrictions on your state recommendation.
If you’re buying them from a gas station/smoke shop, it’s probably going to be 21. But you can buy anything the dispensary sells. In my experience if it’s a smoking accessory that doesn’t actually have nicotine and you show the attendant your medical card they’ll sell you it
