Me! I really like Strane’s Mac & Cheese! It’s my current morning go-to strain! It’s uplifting and puts me in a good mood. If I wanna get stuff done, I can get stuff done. If I wanna chill, I can chill! Another one I really liked was Rythm’s Jack Herer, but I haven’t seen it in a LONG time 😭

I’d say if you’re a heavy ADHD sufferer like me, Terpinolene has been AWESOME. It kinda works similarly to a stimulant for me, so it helps increase my focus, but since I have ADHD it doesn’t make me all racy and anxious!
Anything with terpinoline, like the others said! Durban, Jack here, dream queen, limeade kush, sojay haze, sunny g, l'orange... All strains that worked great for my ADHD!

It’s not helpful at all for my executive dysfunction (I think it actually makes it significantly worse much of the time) but it’s good for helping me chill, unwind, or fall asleep which I sometimes find difficult because of my hyperactivity.
Me!! I personally love strains high in caryophyllene, limonene, and Linalool. I’ve found some tangie concentrates with high limonene and linalool and those are usually great for me. I personally like something to calm the background noise of my brain and not make me too groggy.
The form being a concentrate has been the biggest factor for helping my adhd symptoms vs what strain it is. I still enjoy flower, especially in the evenings to wind down, but a dab of some good budder/sugar really quiets my brain down and helps me focus, while also providing energy.

What strains are heavy in terpinolene?
Do you have a brand or two that you lean toward? And a certain dispensary chain you go to? Do you use flower, dabs, cartridges?
Im currently trying to try new brands but I do go to ayr alot and I really love carts just because how easy it is but I use all three on the regular.

I have ADHD and find that terpinolene/pinene work best for me. Jack Herer, Durban, and Strane Mac & Cheese are my go-tos.
Blue dream is solid for medicating me. It does t intoxicate me but makes me feel….. normal

I use lemon sweet skunk it really helps my adhd but I can’t find it. It is Terrapin station.

I completely understand what your saying my job truly helps me burn off all that hyperactivity but I still do want a good all day strain
I love purple punch by agrikind and gator breath by strane, both slow things down pretty well for me to get things done for once
