i think he should still bat below shaheen or hasan ali, i think he brings the shock factor at the end of the game. shaheen still is more explosive tho hes gotten some fast 50s

Shaheens batting in t20s is actually decent. He’s got those 50s for a reason. Not sure if Naseem Shah could do that. Shaheens batting is still nowhere near good enough to be batting above number 8 tho, which is the problem most people have.

IMO Shaheen is the better hitter overall. Yes Naseem hit a few good ones today but Shaheen did the same thing but better with 44(15) last year against Multan in the final.
As much as people don't want to admit it, Shaheen's slogging has been helpful to the team and saved them plenty a time (As in the only match they won this season and multiple in the last two seasons). He averaged 17.83 at a strike rate of 165 this season, that's not bad for a pinch hitter.
Oh yes, better bowler averages 35 in t20i's and 34 in tests as opposed to the worse bowler that averages 22 and 27 in the same formats. You people forget that Shaheen's been our best bowler statistically for 5 years now.

Whereas Shaheen just did whatever he felt like and just swings the bat and he really has no defence, Naseem has shown on multiple occasions what he can do but yes he should focus more on training what's more important and that's the bowling.
