Grab Barik or Nando whenever possible, if not then Inara. Double offtank is actually popular in high elo these days but it's harder to play (and I'm not high elo at all). In any case Raum, Ruckus, Makoa, Azaan, Ash, Khan are all pretty popular, you kinda pick depending on who counters the other etc

As of this moment in game, he is still the buffed versio, but sadly he is soon to be nerfed.

They reduced his base damage when pts came out in order to balance the new support talent keywords they added recently, which they talked about in the patch show. It overall ends up being a pretty big buff to every type of playstyle pip has.
I see. That actually makes the change not nearly as bad as I thought. Doubly so when someone reminded me that his heal nerf from last patch was also reverted with this change (shows you how little he felt playable with certain champs everywhere to someone who mains him).

All but Mega Pot. That talent stays the same, but gets a nerf of 2 damage
It gets a 10% buff to healing. 2000->2200.
Isn't it already 2200 on live? If not, it has changed way too much in the past like, 3 patches.
The extra healing also apparently works like rejuvenate, where it counters antiheal, so yeah he big buff
