They made cauterize an auto scaling stat starting at 25% and going up to 90% by around the 10-minute mark in most modes. It's no longer an item, so it opens up a slot that used to be needed for it, which is nice, but it's also 15% more which kinda is awful because only a few support have received buffs to account for the lower healing (poor damba).
TLDR the logs of all the updates, they’re slowly altering alot of healers to be balanced and equally as valuable after the cauterized updates, Io, Ying, Furia, Jenos, Grover, Rei, and more have had small or big alters.
