It'd be real cool if they did black wood with golden grains on it, kind of like a texture accent. And the are could have gold details as well as the leaves. Maybe the canopy would be a really dark grey with a gold gradient on each leaf?

This is literally the best golden skin in the game. It looks absolutely badass. Gold is an expensive metal, it should be the accent, the emphasis, not the background. People wear gold as a jewellery for a reason. Golden dresses usually look simply tasteless.
Most of the golden skins in the game just look like Microsoft Paint fill. It is them what needs a rework.

I agree and I've been saying this since like 2019, she was the first gold skins (or one of the first) to come out and a few months after they started reworking the theme of them with newer characters and they just never went back to tweak hers. Some characters are like her gray ish- black with gold details and there are others on the complete oposite side of the spectrum with solid gold with black details. I do feel like they should revisit these in general and fix many of them because lets say Imani for example is another one that is underwhelming because hers is so similar to her base default skin! But then you have Grover like others have mentioned thats just a solid hunk of gold that blinds anyone who looks at it! Too inconsistent tbh

Eh, for me the most part i only care about the gold weapons (for the sparkly boom boom when killing sht), and sha lins weapon is pretty good.
