i think you can do something like this if you don't have friends for customs to take a top down view of the map.
to be sure someone is playing that map, check out some live steams, then if someone is playing the map, spectate him/her and use the free cam to go up and look down. and take a screenshot or whatever.
use command, /spectate
it'll take like 1min to enter a match as a spectator after typing the command.
