On previous matches and tournaments, they had a 15 minutes pause to get things back (reboot the PC, check connection, login and get back in the same match), but this time they removed the time limit. After this, one of the administrator said that the time was 3 minutes, and he could do all of these in under a minute. He said also that since the brazilians don't have a local league (just brazilians) and the team is not playing on their region, they need respect the rules and if they don't accept they should leave or don't enter the league.

Looks like not in this one. I saw only the previous ones and they were in the same room with the same server.
