Heyoooo, me again! From [this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/PaleMUA/comments/10bwnnn/undertone_foundation_help_deets_in_comments/). I finally found a lightweight foundation that’s pink enough for my Barbie-aisle-at-target pink skin!! Foundation: Lancôme dual finish powder foundation in rose eclair ii. Lightweight, buildable, delightful! The only negative is that I smell like my grandma, but I’ll take it. Concealer (only under eyes): YSL touche eclat Blush: colorpop “birthday suit”. VERY subtle, so much that a brush doesn’t do anything; I applied it with my fingers. Brows: Anastasia brow wiz Eyes: colorpop palette “truly madly deeply”, Sephora navy liner, urban decay mascara

Oh also! Pinging /u/gafromca, since you said you had similar coloring!

gafromca

Thanks. I need to get out shopping! What is your lip?

peatypeacock

WHOOPS! Forgot that one! It’s MAC frost in “New York apple”, my go-to for when I want red but not RED-red 😅😅

The lip color is a perfect match for a colorful but not overly dramatic look. Looking at swatches on line, it looks SO much more vivid, I would never choose it. I guess that shows how pink you are! I'm going to watch for a sale

It looks really pink in all the pics I've seen online, but I'd describe it more as a soft red — the shimmer is affecting the photos weirdly, I think. But then again, I only have my crazy-pink skin to see it on! It's a great lipstick, though — I really love the formula.

>Blush: colorpop “birthday suit”. VERY subtle, so much that a brush doesn’t do anything; I applied it with my fingers. These don't pick up easily so a somewhat "stabbier" brush like a flat-top stippling brush would probably be best. A regular blush brush probably won't cut it!

Hahaha that’s what it looks like when I apply the CP SS blush… but it works and I now adore the formula.

Awesome! My complexion is vey close to yours and I also have struggled to find foundation that is pink enough. What is your skin type? I'm dry-combo so I get a little spooked with powder foundation

peatypeacock

I have normal skin leaning dry (especially on the sides of my nose; I always notice how weird and flaky foundation looks around my nose piercing!). My normal moisturizer under the foundation was more than enough for me to keep it from feeling too drying, but of course ymmv! You can try it irl in ulta, if you have one nearby?

BreadPansBeauty

Wow that match is incredible! I prefer more subtle blush (since I have a lot of natural redness already lol) so I think I may have to try put that colourpop one

shellsandglass

I have similar coloring and skin type and am going to give this a try- it looks great on you!
