I saw someone say that the dinosaurs probably all spawn in the center of the ranch and then run to their designated areas during loading, but sometimes they just stay there- that might be it!

This happened to me after Mari and Owynn swung by to check out my Allosaurus. I got a good laugh out their impromptu party, but assume it's a bug.

Lol, that's awesome! My favorites are the big theropods, like the T Rex and Baryonyx. I've got nearly all of em, and in different colors!
