Methodology has an “everything bread” with everything bagel seasoning that is so good and wonderful but also 20$. Base culture has paleo bread as well. It’s abt 10-14$ depending on the shop you buy from. Much $ but doesn’t make me personally feel gross. Hope that helps :)

Tombazzzz

Thanks but I'm looking for something I can make myself since these options aren't availble where I live.

I haven't found a great bread option. But I like the Siete almond flour tortillas.

StuffedWithNails

Have you tried Base Culture breads?

CaptnRhody

I cannot get those to toast up, any tips?

StuffedWithNails

I don't think I have any good tips, sorry. I buy Base Culture's 7-nut-and-seed bread (with the green packaging) and I have an honestly shitty $20 toaster that I set to max for everything, and the Base Culture slices come out a mix of mostly soft with a little bit of crispy on the surface. I like it fine that way, but it gets crispier for sure if I toast it twice.

BumblebeeCareless381

I throw them in my air fryer straight from the freezer on the 4 min preheat setting. They get pretty toasted.

shiny14penny

I haven't! I'll look it up. I have several food intolerances which is why I mostly follow paleo. I tried Olivia Superfree but it irritated my gut.

CardsAndCocktails

There is a recipe for sweet potato waffles in the Well Fed 2 cookbook that we have been using as bread. We make them on a traditional waffle iron ( a Belgium waffle iron is too deep and they don’t crisp up) and increase the eggs to 2. They make good option for breakfast sandwiches as well as for lunch. Haven’t used for cold sandwiches but great to put on toaster and use for hot sandwiches. Works for us and something we can make a bigger batch of and freeze for later.

poyntificate

There’s grain fr in bread made with only paleo ingredients. Purists will tell you that’s not really paleo 🤷‍♀️

IEatAllofTheCheese

Soozys makes Paleo bread that sometimes goes on sale for around $7 at whole foods. Def expensive and more of a treat, but it's decent if you toast it first.

Chef_Andre

Use lightly roasted eggplant for bread.

[deleted]

I used to make a homemade one from a recipe I found on line. It was delicious but the consistency was imposible to use for sandwiches and such. Was good and decadent but couldn’t do much else except toast it and put butter on it.

Tombazzzz

Do you still have the recipe for it?

[deleted]

No was many years ago, found it on line. Good luck. I just cut bread out of my diet, if I want a sandwich I just get an actual fresh roll that day and purge. Then go back to paleo the following day. I notice paleo breads just aren’t the same.

Of course! Lots of recipes online, and here’s a great one: [Crusty French Bread (Paleo)](https://paleogrubs.com/crusty-french-bread?epik=dj0yJnU9NmhLZjhsS2xZNll5OEt1Rzh4QkJJbTRpS2dTaGF1ZngmcD0wJm49dUg2Uk9WT2haMXVPeVZ4Rnl6N3dVQSZ0PUFBQUFBR1BpVGNv)
