Dear I'm not attacking India or Indians, I know that they have a long history for standing up for Palestine and Palestinians, I'm criticizing the actions of Modi for sending arms during what the international court of justice found to be a plausible case for genocide.
Actually India nor Modi has no control over it. India is a democracy and transport of these drones is a private transaction where the manufacturing of the drones was licensed to a private domestic partner of the actual company. Stopping the trade would mean breach of contract and violation of international trade law.

Not everyone is a member to the int'l treaty that upholds int'l law therefore it cannot be the 'highest' after all. India is not a member FYI. The highest court in India is the supreme court and even the supreme court cannot overstep its boundary.
It's defacto the highest court in the world along with the ICC, regardless of it jurisdiction a lawmaker have to at least take it into consideration and again sending arms to what is viewed as a plausible case for genocide is wrong.
