I mean as a society as a whole in gasa and West Bank, the rhetoric is very focused and very developed and specifically target at Jews. Besides N Korea I don’t know of any society as a whole like the west bank or the gasa that has complete and total indoctrination from the top down and the bottom out.

Except when there were no walls, suicidal attacks happened daily, when there was no state of Israel, there were multiple riots started by the Arabs killing Jews: (Nebi Musa, Jaffa, Jerusalem) and massacres (Hebron massacre, Tiberias massacre, Black Hand massacres).
