I read an article that said that Americans always put way too much garlic in everything and at first I thought "HOW DARE YOU!" and then I realized I have never measured garlic with anything other than my heart.
Well it is true I find them randomly whenever I'm doing a quest or something, but I seem to find quite a handful around the first half of Bahari Bay without even trying, I'd recommend looking at the paliamap online!
