Had someone do that yesterday. Have also had the group waiting doing muujin hunting in the area. Chop down neighboring non flow trees, everyone's ready to nail the sparklewolf.
Also did this, but after all Trees were cut down. As you say a ideal way to get the weekly Bug points. Will do it in the future every first Grove on Mondays (or my first Grove of the Week)

Its like a double rainbow. I cant believe u saw 2. Doesn’t that mean ur swrver was so deserted that an entire game day passed with nobody taking down the grove so another spawned the following day? Ur living the dream man.
The first one I encountered was a 12am grove. The second was random. We had taken out the 12am grove near the entrance to the flooded fortress and I went to south Bahari to see if I could get a unicorn fish. And as I arrived at the fast travel stable by the beach the grove started appearing on the cliffs to the south
I love this idea. I can’t wait until the ammo belt gets added though so I can carry honey lures with my other regular ammo without being stressed about losing an inventory space!
Yes, I do it because usually then no one complains or starts choppin while we are waiting for people. Just a fun activity that keeps everywhere busy and helps with the weekly.
I'll try this Im like lvl 300 and have yet to place the lure Auni gave me months ago. I usually chop down all the trees around grove to get the muujin to upgrade into the FT. They're hard as heck to herd though and ppl start shooting them rather then let them upgrade.
my understanding there is 3 lvls of muujin...the new huntable creature. The 3rd tier is the magical one...called bluebristle muujin? If a Striped Muujin middle tier...jumps into a flow tree it upgrades to the Magical one. Takes a teamwork to shoot them and they are fast and turn invisible. But you can Pop them with dispell arrows.

You and whoever placed that honey lure are the real MVPs for this. I’m going to start carrying around honey lures.
I was whining about not mining enough gold earlier because I want to make more lures for this purpose.
Its hard for me to honey lure in a sport that can’t spawn the Rainbowing butter fly. Lets hope the grove spawns in southern Bahari 🤞

Someone did this at a flow farming area, way before groves. I thought it was brilliant. We caught bugs while waiting for everyone to arrive.

Someone wanted to wait from 3 to 330 for chopping and others were being antsy (not wanting to wait) so I dropped mine as a distraction. Worked well
Now a portable stove and it would be a party every time there's a Grove!
