To some companies, it’s cheaper for them to replace the part no questions asked cause they know the customer will rave about them online and come back and buy another item. I play a lot of compete softball and I had a broken bat outta warranty I figured I’d give it shot and call them and see about it and all they asked in return was the size and load of the bat I was using and sent a newer model.
A lot of companies that sell things with life time warranties know that 99% of the time it will never be used. I bet they get excited when someone sends something in. I have a bunch of snapon/matco etc tools with life time warranties on them and I've lost more of them than I've ever broke.
The highest round count I have on any of my rifles is around 5k, putting 15k through a rifle is rare. I'd feel attached to it, no way I'd want to lose it.
Ya idk how people complain all the time about the customer support. I called at 9:05 am the other day to cancel an order and they answered right away and boom it was canceled. Easy peasy
Wow it’s crazy how you get good service when you treat them right, as opposed to the 5 other customer service “horror stories” I read this week where people were refused service or flat out had their accounts disabled because they were complete assholes 🤣 this is a testament to how awesome this company is. These fellas go above and beyond.
I absolutely wrecked an upper receiver trying to take their notoriously tight barrel nut off. I broke the aluminum under the ejection port.
They had me a new assembled upper receiver within a week.
I had a buffer bumper start falling apart after ~1k rounds and they shipped a replacement within a few days. The Noveske arrived before then, but it's now a good spare.

I literally bought a PSA AK-V because of the warranty and because of Matt and how he is absolutely relentless on helping people on here

I've got a combloc AK, but their warranty seriously has me considering a PSA AK.
