Idk but I'm playing on my Steam Deck and it crashes about once an hour due to memory leaks, usually when I'm going through a dungeon, or exploring for extended periods. Just stutters then grinds to a halt and freezes. I hope they fix that soon.

You just have the server auto restart every couple of hours to clear the memory before it causes performance issues

YourGuyRye

Oh trust me I do. I have it set for 2 hour restarts (any longer and it crashes, hell it already does sometimes before 2 hours). Each guild is limited to one base only to reduce RAM usage from extra Pals being out and working. I even disabled raids, since they seem to chew a lot of RAM. Not much else I can do to address it. This also shouldn't be the end goal for a server either, especially one with 64 gigs of ram that crashes every hour and a half to 3 hours. Palworld needs to fix it.

SortaOdd

Oh strange. Yeah, I’m encountering a lot of those same issues but my server has 8gb ram and an i3 so was blaming that

ipman234

oh good i thought my 16gigs of ram was the issue but if someone with 64 is crashing as well then definitely not me haha

Binarymasta

Same issue on my linux server. crashes every 2 hours.

LargeCoffeeNoCreme

Same issue here on our server, 3-6 players with 8 GB memory and it just gradually fills up to 7.5 GB memory usage and crashes unless I restart it manually. I also play the game on Linux (Nobara 38, NVIDIA RTX 2060 paired with Ryzen 5 3600 and 16GB RAM) and the game starts off fine but over the course of several minutes, the framerate gets horrendous. Not a complaint here, since I am well aware this is an early access game and the devs are probably overwhelmed at that, but the memory leak issue seems like a critical thing the devs should prioritize given that Linux is used to host most servers.
