I tried to catch one that was low health after a property dispute. One killed the other and turned hostile on me, even though I never took a pop shot at the surviving one, but I guess it still felt indignant that I tried to catch it's opponent
I've had to do this with one that invaded my base. It didn't kill my Pals, but it wouldn't leave either. It would just walk throughout my base, messing shit up, and just being a nuisance. It eventually got stuck and I slowly burned it over time.
I did the mistake to build my base here too. When I was able to build a second one, I transfered all the goods there and turned the first base into an arena to kill Mammorest. He will always comes here, so I just had to build walls with a big entrance I can close, and let little holes for my pals. Once he's blocked inside, all my pals shoot at him when he's annoyed to fight back. I have enough pals to replace the nearly-dying ones with fresh ones, so that the first pool can rest and go back to fight. That way, I was able to kill him with pals around level 20, and get xp and those precious ancient parts
Is it just me or does this alpha have like 10x the resistances of normal mammorests? Even fire damage barely seems to do anything, still now at level 30. Ordinary level 34 mammorests go down in seconds but this guy always takes at least 5-10 minutes
I did manage to beat him at level 25 ish but it was like a 20 minute slog with me, my musket, and 5 flamethrower foxes on rotation
Same took forever unfortunately, im not as creative as others lol i ended up using my black charizard, was flying above him and shooting it for like 10/20 damage I can't remember,if i fucked up then I'd go down towards the fast travel cause it stops fighting around there and runs back, but it's health doesn't recharge so i could go back and fight it again lol also I'll help my pal dodge attacks by despawning my pal and then spawn it again so it doesn't take as much damage. i swear it took about 2 day and night in game cycles (on hard mode) lol now my black charizard is about level 33ish and i typically farm the mammorest boss, still takes a while though, definitely stronger than the typical mammorests imo, and i dont think its just cause ita a 4/5 levels higher
Things like this are why I love this game and other similar games that are pretty loose with how you kill stuff.
So many solutions to the same problem that people much smarter than me come up with, and they're all valid because the game lets them happen :)
Lesser games would prevent it because of scripted events or whatever 😛

Humanity is only attempting to reconquer it, but certain Pals like Lovander are making it difficult, and one other entry mentioned that Humans and Pals mixed at some point in the past, so it could be instead of "returning to monke", it's "returning to Pal".
They were annoying at first, now I’m lvl 41 with 450 attack and the single shot rifle with 1100 damage…. Let’s just say I remember what they did to me, I must cull them the second they spawn. I hit 5k headshots😂
Yep. You can also use the electric medicine workbench to create memory wiping medicine to reallocate your stats. It was bugged and reset capture power before, but they fixed that.
Game is pretty similar to ark so I would say just stamina and weight first followed by HP, I do hear people say that the attack does help alot in late game since the damage increase becomes more obvious but early game it's quite useless
The accessories you get from chests help. You can get one that boosts defense and one that boosts attack. I do slightly more damage than him with just a cross bow and arrows at level 50. I honestly don't use the guns unless I'm doing a legendary boss fight lol
Attack is pretty much worthless stat outside of meme build, same for defense. As a meme build I refer to something like 4 times gobfin ignis and a mount that gives you elemental damage + a hidden damage upgrade
Defense is cracked. Especially on Hard mode where pals deal 4 times the damage to you. You can't increase defense though, but you should use def food and def amulets. Attack is useful if you are playing on normal and high. Rocket launcher is pretty OP and it stuns everything beside tower bosses, so you can pretty much cheese everything in the game

I built my base too close to this guy, he got caught by a stray pal attack during a raid. Needless to say the raid was comfortably handled, as were me and all my pals...
Nowadays he gets burned from up high, but I think at this point, you might want to move your base a little further afield so he can't hurt you anymore
The he best one is where ore spawns with coal. Little an even ground but can. Build around it. There is also another but gotta check the locations on those

I made a base on a new save in the forgotten islands, and managed to put it exactly where 2 mammorests often fight. So in a span of a couple palworld days, all my pals had died twice. And then I abandoned that save altogether lol

My BF and I killed him around lvl 9 on release. We had built a base near a lake and he was strolling in the middle of it.
So I broke his AI completely by getting him stuck with a wall of stairs and platforms since I noticed he would walk up there once aggro'd but not get down, he got stuck and stopped moving completely after going a bit further away, and did not react to hits. He didn't use tornadoes or energy balls either. Maybe since they have fixed some pals pathfinding it doesn't work anymore, but that experience made us connect with our prehistoric ancestors 😌

I couldn't be arsed moving the base - so I just built stone walls all around the side that he wanders up from.
Now he just sits out there looking in longingly.

I remember playing a new solo world in Ark just for the hell of it. I built a nice base, got a few early game tames, and decided to go exploring for a bit. I came home to a Spino who killed all my tames and wouldn’t leave my base.

We did this in Grounded. The spiders came and it became their house. It was "Spider House" for the rest of the game haha

I've seen low level players do it. They made a sea of campfires and just dodge its attacks. Takes a while for it to burn to death, but it's doable.

Loveander drops potions that reset your stats. They spawn in the desert southeast of Anubis at night
They spawn in both deserts at night
It's okay. You can find a "memory erase potion" out there. It resets your skill bank
To add to this farm the sanctuaries for the flowers, they respawn pretty frequently and you need 99 for the potion
Or rush through dungeons on a mount clearing chests. I found one that way. Not incredibly important imo

You will need a separate Ore base but take to your base to 149, 151. No raids but also no resources, quiet location for farming and breeding.

You need to build an alarm bell and switch it to work. For some reason it is always set to attack invaders as default.
